Tom Thumb

I have shopped at Tom Thumb since 1991. The stores are clean, the produce is always fresh, the selections are wide and not limited. I like the comparison of prices for the name brands to the store brand, and most importantly to me is the staff, such as the cashier Jaylen at store #2570 today. He welcomed me, he looked me in the eye and he thanked me for a donation I made and for shopping at the store. He made my evening. Keep up the good work in hiring the best customer friendly staff.

I absolutely adore this location and it’s staff. My husband and I work Uber eats after our daytime job and the employees are so helpful that we now do our personal shopping here. Michelle in bakery is the sweetest lady ever and is always so helpful. The lady who works at checkout is great too. Nice staff, clean store; we will always shop here.

Needed some flowers to give to my daughter after the Royales Spring show at the local high school.

New to town and was advised that Tom Thumb was close. Very friendly staff. Clean and neat store. Organized well where I could find everything. I would recommend shopping there. Free membership advised for lower prices on items on sale.

So most of the staff here is just great!! But come on!!! Angel with the long black hair is a super star!!!!!! She is always so helpful, so quick and honestly so great. I will admit I had a rough day today, she met me at self checkout and just made me smile. Thank you Angel ! You are fantastic!!

This is one of the more up-to-date Tom thumb locations. They have the standard variety and I always think of Tom thumb has better quality produce than a Kroger does. Everything went well here I know they're in the middle of remodeling a bit but it's a great store and it's conveniently located.

This was my first time at this store and I got to meet Michelle. She works at baked goods and is the nicest and kindest person you ever want to meet. She went out of her way to help me with something. Got to meet another lady who works there but didn't get her name. She was also great. Thank you Michelle! If I am ever at the store, I will look for you!

I love this place, the employees are all super at their jobs. I use the grocery pickup service alot, and I don't usually complain but a couple items I received last visit were just not edible as soon as I got them home. My favorite service in your store is the pharmacy, simply the best!

I live less than a mile from this store, so I frequently go there. They always treat me good. The store is full of good, honest employees. I once lost $100 cash, in this store, one of their employees found it & turned it into customer service. After a brief investigation, they kindly returned my money. The fact that the employee turned in $100 cash says alot about the quality & level of honesty of the employees at this store. Jasmine & Steven always have a smile on their faces, anytime they greet me & are always kind to me. Even when I lost my $100 & was not very kind to Jasmine, she remained professional & friendly. Jasmine, Steven & whatever employee turned in my money certainly deserve promotions. I'm glad my neighborhood Tom Thumb is full of honest, friendly employees. I wouldn't rather shop at any other Tom Thumb.

Staff is always so nice. This evening a wonderful young lady by the name of Nikki was about to complete a different task and went out of her way to open another register as she realized the lines were getting long. It’s not always easy to grocery shop, especially during a pandemic, and Nikki made the experience easy. I appreciate her mindfulness and she is always very kind and welcoming!!

Awesome store! They baked a cake i saw online on their website for me, decorated it and saved it for me. Great service, I didn't feel like a nuisance. Clean, friendly, and everything you want from a neighborhood groceries store.

The greeting for the bakery person was so sweet and we didn't need anything there. So clean and spacious. Though under remodel .. the visit was seamless. Love it.

This store was very clean,organized and great customer service. Especially seeing employees cleaning every surfaces made it so much easier to shop. I was greeted at the entrance with an employee sanitizing a shopping cart for me and smiling. We are definitely going to continue shopping at this location.

Great place for a quick trip to the store. I love this place. It's clean the staff are friendly and on point. It's easy to find what I need and get out with no hassle. I usually stop on my way home from work so it's nice knowing I won't have to deal with any hangups if I need to grab a few things.
