I went there on Black Friday. They were busy, but not that bad. It was hard to find anyone available. I finally got help from Lauren. She was fabulous! Took the time to explain the differences between my 2 choices. I got he best one for me, with her help! Fantastic service on a busy day. She was the best sales associate I have come across in a long time.

We purchased some audio equipment for our son's car in December of 2021. We included the total care package to get the installation. We were not aware we had to schedule it the same day and it needed to be on the receipt. Customer service was great explaining the issue and the managers were great at helping us. Brent and Mandy did not hesitate to provide resolutions. I will return.

I bought an Apple Watch at Best Buy during a big sale. Chose to pick it up next day at store on one of busiest shopping days of the year. The line moved quickly, and the young man who assisted me was helpful, knowledgeable, anxious to please and smiley, too! After the transaction he helped me put the watch on! Before I left I found a manager who listened intently as I bragged about this young man. He was so pleased to hear my story!!! Here I am writing a review now. Best Buy, Eldorado Rd., Plano Tx. Jash and Spencer were the A team! if you ever need anything at all, find one of these two guys! Great knowledge of almost everything in store! I showed up told them what I wanted and Jash started grabbing stuff while Spencer was filling me in on surround sound! Overall fantastic experience

Lots of fun electronic stuff. Lots and lots of folks wanting to help. I hear the repair shop and Geek Squad are very good.

My sales representative was extremely patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She was on her way somewhere else but she stopped to help me took great care of me. I believe her name is Callie. I did not get a paper receipt but she was phenomenal.

Had good service buying a refurbished monitor. Everyone was very helpful, in and out fast with a great deal.

This review is for Marco, who helped us with tvs. We were in best buy for about 2 hrs today, trying to figure out the best tv to get. I had lots of "girl questions" about all the tvs lol. Marco was so patient, and answered every single one. He never made us feel rushed or that we were wasting his time. He was super knowledgeable about all the tvs, and explained everything in a way we could understand. You can tell he really loves what he does!! He made purchasing a tv a wonderful experience. Thank you so much! He is a credit to Best Buy!!

I have been in this store a couple of times in the past two weeks to pick up orders.

Every time everyone from the greeters to the cashiers assisting me have always been polite and pleasant, efficiently taking care of me.

Employees were all super friendly and extremely helpful!! Everyone was smiling and eager to help out. Picked up my pre-ordered cell phone and they had a ps5 in stock.. needless to say my teenager was super excited as well.

Really good Best Buy. Right near lots of shoppingvl. Target among others in that shopping center. Staff is very friendly and quite knowledgeable about what customers are looking for.

Good best buy. Picked up my new phone here. It was an easy process. Area is nice and plenty of parking.

I had Dalton help me today and all I gotta say is he made my day, the best customer service I ever had like valuing customers' time, having a pleasant attitude, service is quick, easy, personalized, and empathetic. I will come back to this location because of him.

Still my favorite store to buy things from. They have a pretty good inventory, their staff are knowledgeable and helpful, the prices and deals are good, and I can still stop by a store and buy what I need instead of waiting for online shopping hassles.

We had a great experience buying our washer and dryer here. Good customer service every time we go shopping.

We wee surprized that they had all of the computer repair parts we needed in stock! So I say this is a very well-run franchise of Best Buy.

Consulted with Matt Roberts on doing a complete home install with Magnolia using the Savant system and everything turned out great! The guys did a great job installing everything. Ended up doing a 7.2.4 system in my media room with a 120” screen and Epson 4K Projector. Also did some octane seating with massage and heat (2 rows of 2). I also had them install 4 speakers upstairs with a DJ rig to play on my entire home, 8 speakers downstairs (kitchen, hallway, living room) along with two outdoor patio speakers. We did the savant touch panels, switches and two universal remotes that control the system in the home. Absolutely love everything so far and can’t wait to build off of it more. Thanks guys!

Bought few products here like soundbar etc here and want to thank Mathew who has very good knowledge on TVs and audio systems. He always clarified all my questions. Thanks to him for his top notch customer service

Went to Best Buy tonight and it went smooth. One of the managers was at the door to greet me and show me where the area is that I was looking for.
Spencer was the person who helped me and was very knowledgeable. He was in the phone department. He explained things really well. It was so refreshing to have a customer salesperson be so personable.
Spencer did a great job!
