Awesome CVS!! Today. Was my third time coming to the store I passed to CVS on my way over I love everything about this door I love how clean it is I love that when I called the pharmacy and left a message somebody called me back within the hour I love how helpful the woman was that did call me back something I'm not use to when dealing with CVS pharmacy.. I had to go into the store to pick up a few things today I was greeted the store was clean everything was organized someone offered to help me I paid for the stuff back in the pharmacy the woman was very polite on my way out the manager thanked me for coming in and shopping it was just an all-around good experience the same as it was the past two times I've been here.. this is the blueprint for customer service they got it right and it's appreciated!

Usually I have a neutral experience at CVS but yesterday was alot better. The cashier lady noticed I had a few bottles of wine I was purchasing were on sale with a membership card. I didn't have a customer care membership so she advised me to get one and began assisting me.

There was some difficulty in getting my number in so she called the manager who was incredibly helpful. Since they took a little longer they accommodated by giving me the discount on the wine.

Even though I didn't get a customer care membership due to the issues with the system, I really appreciate their professionalism and their willingness to help me. They both had wonderful attitudes and were very pleasant. Now it may not seem like much but it's their attitude and their willingness to help us what impressed me. Keep up the good work. 🙂

Christina is an amazing leader as the head pharmacist. She always knows our names whenever we come in, and she makes this suburban sprawl feel like a close-knit community!!!!!

She is highly diligent in training her staff - they are efficient, friendly, and professional.

Because of her and this place, we feel like we have a home apothecary.

We are CVS customers for life!!!!

Breakfast was really good this morning. Second time here. Nice friendly people..easy going like they know the traveler. Glad the muted TV in common room does not have Fox News going (like so many other places in this area).

We are in from out of town and my youngest got an ear infection, which meant we needed a prescription. Called ahead to see when the meds would be ready and was met with friendly and very competent staff. When the guy saw me walking in with my little one, he guessed who we were and immediately grabbed the prescription so we could check out quickly. If we lived here, this would be my go-to pharmacy.

The pharmacy team is amazing. Every time I drop off a prescription the team is s fast and friendly. The lead pharmacist always takes his time to patiently go over my prescriptions and the techs/team is sweet, knowledge, and personable. I love this CVS!!!

BEST service I’ve ever received!!!! Manny is a cool manager that keeps the store running smoothly even when the most important aspect is not working; electronic transactions(moneyyy). He showed me how to coupon and was more than helpful in making sure I return as a satisfied customer. More than five stars!! People like this deserve more than $15 an hour

Although this location is overworked, I have never had any issues. Most of the issues that people have here is because either they are in a hurry, they forgot to update their insurance info with them, or like any usual human being, they are impatient and need their medicine right away. I commend any person that is brave enough to put themselves in their shoes. This location may be different from others, but since I go to this one 99% of the time, these people are troopers to what they have to put up with the disrespectful people from Far West Plano.

If you are looking for an outstanding pharmacy and you are in the West Plano area, I would strongly recommend you consider CVS at Midway and Parker Road

Went to a couple other grocery stores nearby for some 91% Isopropyl Alcohol and they didn't carry it. This CVS had a variety selection in stock. Also the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful

I have lived in this area since the 90's. I have always received polite service and the Pharmacy staff is wonderful!

I love this location. The pharmacists are patient, sweet, and punctual. They made my Covid-19 test easy and breezy!

I reallly love this location, very friendly staff, helpful, I feel like is a family establishment, the lady (cashier) is very sweet and kind I think her name is Zharah. I been customers since 2018.

It was my first time in that store .they are real good people and specially the lady that helped me (Leslie Santy) she was super nice to customers And she was really helpful with all of my questions...

It's a nice CVS location with a good selection and nice employees, although the photo printer is a tad finicky.
