AT&T Store

I recently visited the AT&T store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Sunny. I must say, Sunny's professionalism and expertise left a lasting impression on me. He demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the products and services, and he took the time to present me with all available options in a clear and concise manner.

Sunny's ability to address my needs and answer my questions with precision showcased his intelligence and dedication to providing excellent customer service. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I had all the information necessary to make an informed decision.

Michael T. at this AT&T store was a true blessing. I had already spent HOURS on the phone with AT&T trying to get cellular data setup on an Apple Watch, was transferred to 3 different people, call was dropped, then my data was accidentally cutoff on my cell so that’s when I had to go in to the store. I was so frustrated at this point. Michael started off by listening to my issues and then saying he could help me! He first fixed my data issue and got my phone working again! Then he proceeded to fix the eSim issue on the watch. I really applaud Michael for trying all avenues to resolve the issue, asking colleagues for assistance, thinking things through, trying more ways to fix the problem. I really appreciate him not throwing the towel in and having me call that awful customer service again. Michael was able to resolve the issue for me! I am so thankful for his AMAZING customer service, his no give up attitude, and his kind patience. He is a big asset to AT&T and had it not been for him I was ready to completely walk away from AT&T after being a customer for over 25 years!

I went in to get a new phone. The rep, Austin, was very friendly and helpful. Talked to me about other products (tv/internet) but I didn't feel like he was trying to push anything on me. Quick and efficient

This was the most helpful ATT/Apple experience I've had. Brian went above and beyond helping myself and daughter with our phones. He even stayed past when I know he was suppose to leave to make sure our phones were up and running. Thank you for making our updates and changes so easy for us!

We were so thankful for Brain P and his knowledge. I dread going into to deal with my invoices and buying new phones, but Brian was the biggest help and made changes effortlessly. Thank you for all your help, Brian!!

Best AT&T store I been to, amazing manager. Had to convert prepaid to postpaid plan, all the other stores said we do not know, were rude and disrespectful, this one was just amazing, went in at closing time and still got the job done. Definitely recommend.

I came in very upset from another location and their associate Brian and manager Aaron were wonderful they resolved our multiple issues and were extremely courteous and understanding even though we obviously came in with a poor attitude because of our previous experience at another AT & T corporate location. I can't emphasize enough how thankful we are, we were dealing with issues for about 3 months and he resolved our billing, iPhone, Apple Watch, and iPad issue so quickly and with amazing customer service skills!

This store is amazing! I upgraded my iPhone in less than 45 minutes. Kevin was the most knowledgeable courteous sales associate I have ever experienced. He not only new everything there is to know about all iPhones and the different service options, he was very professional about getting me the exact phone I needed for my specific needs. We had a great experience here. I needed to change my last name, put in my new address, and get internet attached to my cell phone plan and Sunny helped us so quickly! He was also super knowledgeable. We went in, got helped immediately, and got everything done and left within 30 minutes. Best AT&T I've been into.

Outstanding store in a North Dallas strip mall. Well maintained with easy access. A very professional staff provide consistent, superlative service.

Ricardo is absolutely the best! He was amazing from the very start. He was fun and very through throughout the process. I recommend everyone coming to see him. Aaron was also kind as well. I love this store!

Did an upgrade, I’m not super tech savvy. AJ was amazing with helping me switch my phone over & questions about adding a line to my account. Very personable and awesome people skills! Thanks to him I completely avoided going to apple. He also helped me carry my items to the car while I held my infant.

I visited this location on 2/20/2020 trying to switch my fiancé’s phone line to my plan. Even though the process was extremely hard and took a long time, Chelsey and Justin went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible care and solved our issues thoroughly. Their customer service is out of this world!
