I had the pleasure of working with Korey at Ashley's Furniture Store in Frisco, Texas, and I couldn't be more impressed. Korey's knowledge and expertise were evident from the moment we began discussing furniture options. Not only was he patient in answering all of my questions, but he also went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. Husband and I went in looking for a dresser and was greeted by Paris offering her assistance on anything we need. When we found our ideal piece, Paris was quick with knowing the pricing and explaining the financing options. Going through that was as efficient, too. Thank you for the excellent customer service, Paris!

I was allowed to walk around and look on my own which was good. As I was ready I found a salesman. This young man was very attentive to my needs. He patiently let me drive my needs. Once he found out what I REALLY WANTED AND NEEDED, he worked with me to get the best deal I could get and still get the delivery. Thank you for all you did to make this possible.

I was shopping around for a bedroom set. I told the saleswoman, Paris, what I would like, and she was able to help me find the perfect set. I ended up paying for it in full, and she included a 5-year protection plan. I would definitely shop here again if I need to.

We were assisted by Mr. Marwan. He's very helpful, knowledgeable, and did not hover around us.
The furniture arrived on time, and the delivery person helped with setting up the sofa and disposed off the wrapper.

I desperately need a new mattress. Christian and Paris had all the information about the different brands of mattresses and were very patient to give me time trying them out. There was zero pressure to purchase, which I appreciate. I would highly recommend this store and this representatives.

Korey was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs. He was very patient, answered our questions, and took us all through the store to make sure we saw everything that might meet our needs. We found everything we were looking for. There was no pressure. He didn't try to upsell us more than we wanted. Altogether, a very pleasant experience!

This was a great experience. We were looking at the Ashley Navi sleeper sofa, and the Ashley Frisco store was able to meet and even beat the price that other stores were selling it for. Our salesman Doug was great, very knowledgeable and spent a long time with us comparing sofas. Couldn’t have asked for better. Our delivery guys were great too, they got it up the stairs and set up perfectly with no damage to sofa or house. And we love the Navi sofa, it exceeded our expectations.

Jeff was my sales rep and he was GREAT! Listened to what I wanted and only showed me stuff that went with my ideas. He showed me several different ideas and even gave me space to think about it. I would definitely want to look for furniture with him again!! He even talked to my kids and everything. Ashley’s furniture insurance is amazing as well!! The insurance will basically fix anything wrong with the bed for 5 years. if you don’t use it in 5 years, you can buy new furniture and transfer the warranty! QUALITY items, the store does not disappoint.

We have purchased twice from this Ashley store. They have a great selection for good prices. We've always been happy with what we've purchased here. It's a decent quality for what you pay. Their warehouse is here in DFW and equally convenient for pickup.

The sales staff is friendly and helpful without being too pushy. We've shopped around a lot and have basically settled on Ashley being our default furniture store.
