This company gives you so many outlets to learn more on pest control, from products to pests. The branches become like family, which makes your job fun. Customers are always glad you're there to rid them of their pest needs. We service in all weather, outside, inside, attics and garages. Overall I am happy to be apart of this company.

EDIT: The branch manager called me and took the time to listen to everything that I experienced. He apologized and asked how to make things right. I appreciated his effort. I got a re-service, which was completed to my satisfaction. Tech was nice, answered my questions, and did what he could to provide the appropriate treatment for my house.

I'm genuinely shocked this company has such a high star rating.

Everything from their service to their customer service is terrible. I went with them originally because they were cheaper than a different company, and I should have known you get what you pay for.

I've spent way too much time on the phone with their customer service agents to just get what I paid for. They don't have proper notes about my calls, so I have to start over with explaining my issue each time I talk to someone.

I would never use this company again, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them. Maybe my experience was a fluke, but I truly couldn't be more dissatisfied.

EDIT: I just saw a response to another review that complained about German roaches. The company says they "take German roaches very seriously" which is a complete joke. Maybe the *want* to take them seriously, but that has not been my experience.

EDIT 2: I appreciate the response, but it's irrelevant that the tech made no mention of German roaches. He was inside my house less than 5 minutes and neglected to go into one of the biggest rooms. I spoke to the branch manager today and said I would update my review after my re-service. All my concerns and complaints so far are valid, and I stand by everything I've posted here.

He is awesome. He goes beyond way beyond what we truly expected. Usually, I don’t write comment, but I tell you he is the best

Miguel has been my technician for the past 7 years and all I can say he tops in my book . . . he will always ask if I need something extra other than the usual service treatment. . . he is great . .

I was referred to White Knight by a coworker after recently purchasing a brand new home in a newly developed, rural area. We don't have a pest problem (fortunately), but it's a new area and we do see bugs outside and around the patios, etc. We had our neighbor tell us that he had an issue with a few mice when he moved in and how he was able to close off an entryway in the garage. With all of this in mind, we quickly realized we'd want to have some kind of preventative servicing done. Although I was referred to White Knight, I still did some digging around online. I noticed that many of the pest control companies didn’t have pricing online and due to past experiences, I didn’t want to submit my info and be bombarded by sales calls or never ending spam emails.

Once I circled back around and couldn't find much luck online, I reached out to the company I was referred to - White Knight! I can surely say that the non-stop sales calls and endless emails was not the experience I received with White Knight. In fact, it was simple and all done in one call! I submitted the form on their website and I received just that ONE call on the SAME DAY from Dom (Antonio Dominic). That one call was everything that I needed and he handled everything perfectly. He answered many questions before I could ask, he was very helpful and provided a ton of information!

I should also say that I never felt pressured to buy. This is not your typical aggressive, sales driven company. They're honest people. They're good to their customers, they want them to be taken care of and that shows. Dom simply gave me the options and gave me time to think, ask more questions and go from there. I ended up going with the quarterly program and scheduled my initial visit just 2 days after the phone call. The service and the attentiveness they show is unmatched! I'd like to say the price was good, but I never did get any other estimates due to the service being top-notch on the initial call. Even without knowing industry pricing, I think we got a good bang for our buck.

So I think I should add that it's been 2 days since I spoke with Dom and I'm writing the review on the initial service date - Saturday. The technician, Chigozie O. just left and once again, 10/10. He was on time, called ahead and he was very professional throughout the service. He was also very informative and answered any questions I had, he made sure that my mind was at ease about the process and products. I have two furbabies that mean the world to me, so finding a company that could treat and not cause them any harm was extremely important to me. Chigozie went above and beyond during the appointment and I can't thank him enough for being so nice and helpful.

Overall, I give this company a 10/10. If you need servicing, please contact Dom and let him know Timberly sent you! He takes good care of people and I know he'll make sure to get the job done for you. If you're lucky, they'll send out Chigozie for the servicing. All in all, it's been a wonderful experience. I feel that I'm generally hard to please and I'm just blown away that I'm even writing a review for a pest control company! But that's just how great the service has been!! I definitely look forward to working with them for years to come!

Thanks Miguel and White Knight! Dude's friendly and courteous. There were a couple times we weren't home when he came by and we totally forgot to board up our dogs (we have a dog door). They aren't violent, but they're definitely yappy when he's there. He never complained and was super understanding when I apologized for forgetting.

I wasn't home when Eddie went to town at my house killing all the bugs he saw. But I saw him through my cameras. I didn't ask him too but it looked like he even removed some wasp nests without me asking. This is very appreciated. 10/10 would let him kill my bugs again.

Justin is great, always informative and personable. He makes being a loyal customer in this economy easier and is a great value bonus to WK services. Great service! Tyler has been so helpful and even remembers us and our dog that passed away.
They are also quick to come out in between regular scheduled appointments to take care of extra pests.

John is a Great technician. Explained everything he was going to do. Great communication skills. They definitely need more techs like John. He is the only reason why i am given a 5 star. I had 2 other techs came out in the past and they didn’t care about the service and didn’t even treat the areas that they documented.

My tech was Cory. He communicated well what he was doing and what the services in the future would entail. He was quick and respectful of my things and didn't seem to mind my dog all in his business either.
