Hula Hut (Little Elm)

This place I visited with my friends and we were delighted with the food and service. There is a big variety of different dishes, everyone could find what he wants. I would definitely recommend the red snapper tacos - light choice, but still wouldn't let you hungry. The portions is big, more than any adult needs by my humble opinion. The server was friendly and welcoming. The service was fast, no complaints at all.

The place is simply amazing when it comes to the food. We ordered the chicken fajitas and shrimp tacos and it was delicious. The weather was perfect to go out and sit on the patio so it was an enjoyable experience. Staff were super pleasant! Definitely going back again.

First time visit with a friend who had been there before. Tried the Hawaiian Fajitas for a nice twist on an old favorite. It was very good and tasty but the traditional ones are still better. Appetizer with queso beef and guacamole was also very good. Service was very attentive even in a crowd. Prices were in line with 2023 and the quality. Special trip for us to Little Elm, but worthy of frequent visits if you are nearby.

I’ve driven past this place soooo many times wondering what went on inside. While searching online for “friendly kid places for dinner” it popped up. Perfect spot for me to take my grandbaby, so we could hang out awhile. Cool venue with lotsa lights and beach theme decor. Pretty busy inside, but manager stopped to chat mentioning renovations upcoming. Food was delivered quickly; so it was hot and flavorful. Service was friendly and accommodating. Decent pricepoint, too. Casual, relaxed setting.

Perfect beach environment in the middle of the metroplex. Like a Hawaiian escape. Food is good, view is stellar and cocktails are on point! The patio out back offers view of the lakes and has ducks and fish to feed.
It’s really feels like you are in a small beach town. Well done!

First time going! The food and everything was wonderful. Service started off slow but our server was nice and was caring 😁 definitely going to come back ☺

Came here with my wife, 1st time and had a good time. We drove from Dallas to check it out. My wife actually been to the one in Austin Tx and recommended we try this one out.
Great atmosphere and Great Food. The pond behind us on the patio was relaxing and the turtles and ducks were cute.
Overall great service as well!
Those bartenders did a great job as well.

I've always wanted to come to this place and I'm glad I did. My server was Jasmin and she was amazing. Even though it was busy and she was slammed with customers she still was very attentive and made time to acknowledge my friend and I. We ordered several drinks which we thought were lot strong at the time but they definitely snuck up on us. The food was good and the portions were huge, and a plus is that the restaurant is located on a small lake so the views at night were gorgeous.

Great Menu choices of food, with a variety of awesome tasty drinks to help you unwind. Really fun atmosphere indoor/outdoor for group gatherings, and a nice area on the back deck for pictures. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. This was my first time, (as I am not from the area), but I definitely recommend! I know I will be back for sure!

Great experience! Meeting friends for a tasty dinner in a festive atmosphere with a water front view - 😍 😋 this was a very enjoyable time. There was a water ski circuit to watch, pulling 5 skiers having fun. Ducks in the pond and fun photo opts.

Really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Cool place for kids. Great view outside if there is a wait. I'll definitely go back.

Awesome place, lots of visual entertainment. They have a man made lake in the back with a large shark coming out of the water, a volcano that spews steam. The ducks swim around waiting for you to feed them while you eating on the extended patio outside. The patio is covered and has huge windows to let in the breeze. The food was amazing as well. They have one of the best chili rellenos I have ever had. They are small but seem to be deep fried, so the breading is actually crunchy! My husband had the open face ahi tuna tacos, another amazing dish! The kids will LOVE this place, it’s made to entertain them. This particular location is also right next to a wake board facility. You get to watch the people play in the water and ride the jumps. It adds to the Cali feel.

We just decided to go here on a whim and it was awesome! The food was fantastic! They had great mixed drinks for 7 bucks. It was crowded but we only waited about 20 minutes. You can sit at the bar and order off the menu as well. We had Jason as a server and he was super great!

Probably the most picturesque place to eat tacos in North Texas.

Excellent fusion style food; my personal favorite are the Thai BBQ fajitas which arrive sizzling on a cast iron griddle in a waft of aromatic smoke. Just the right side of spicy accompanied by delicious melt in your mouth home made steaming fresh tortillas.

The best seats are overlooking the lake with the mini volcano and animatronic shark!!!!

Great food. And our waitress was very attentive. This place is like going on vacation drove over 1hr to get there very well worth it. Arrived an hour after opening and can tell this place gets busy so get there early.

The food was great but the unique experience was delivered by our amazing server Miguel Angel. His customer service blew us away! Very fun and welcoming definitely recommend visiting this place!

Amazing place! My wife and I going all the time for the great food and atmosphere. We just celebrate my wife birthday in the Palapa area!! It was perfect!!! The staff was very friendly and professional !!! They even let us put our own music, sing, and stay overtime! Perfect Hawaiian style celebration!! For sure we will comeback for more celebrations!! Thanks to Brody, Jessica and Luis for all the good work and effort!! You make our party unique and special!!!

Very good Hawaiian tasty food with veggie and vegan food varieties as well.

Such huge portions, definitely meant to be sharing for sure. Their fries are uniquely different in looks and taste, very yummm.

The veggie burger can probably use a bit more vegetables but nothing less in taste - the bread, the patty, and the way it's prepared, all good and well done.

The veggie tubular taco is very delicious. Two can easily share this wonderfully made Taco plate.

Even the Flan is prepared and decorated differently from the usual. The taste is awesome!!!
