I recently had a shopping experience at Costco, and I must say it was quite impressive.

The first thing that struck me was the incredible variety of products available. From groceries to electronics, furniture to clothing, Costco seems to have it all. Whether you're shopping for your household or business needs, you're likely to find what you're looking for.

Costco's membership model may deter some, but I found it to be well worth it. The savings from bulk buying can be substantial. While individual item prices might seem a bit higher, the overall value for larger quantities is excellent. I've found that the annual membership fee more than pays for itself through the savings I've accrued.

The quality of products at Costco is generally top-notch. They carry reputable brands, and their Kirkland Signature private label often offers a more affordable option without compromising on quality.

One highlight of my visit was the food court. Costco's food offerings are both delicious and budget-friendly. The famous hot dogs and pizza slices are well worth the visit alone.

Customer service at Costco is impressive. The return policy is generous, and the staff members are consistently helpful and friendly. It's a welcoming environment that adds to the overall positive shopping experience.

While the stores can get crowded, especially on weekends, it's a testament to Costco's popularity. However, I appreciate that they've made strides in improving their online shopping experience for those who prefer to shop from home.

I also commend Costco for its sustainability efforts, including commitments to sourcing sustainable products and reducing its environmental impact. It's reassuring to see a big retailer taking steps toward a more eco-friendly future.

In conclusion, Costco offers a comprehensive shopping experience with its wide product selection, membership benefits, and excellent savings on bulk items. The quality of products and customer service is commendable, and the food court is a delightful bonus. While the membership fee and crowds may not be for everyone, I find that the benefits far outweigh any drawbacks. Costco continues to be a top choice for my shopping needs.

As expected, it's a Saturday, and the place is extremely busy, and the lines were long. Customer service is outstanding, as is customer service at the registers. One of the many reasons that I keep returning to this business. The place would be so much more enjoyable without the throngs of people, but then it's just a few hours each week.

This is my Costco, but I eagerly await the proposed new one on Highway 380. It gets super busy on weekends. Costco management brings us goat meat like the one on the pic below available at Costco in Minnesota. You have a ready market from Africans in the area

Nice location, clean store, considerate staff. There's a gas station here as well. Went there on a Sunday afternoon and the lines moved quickly, - was able to checkout in around 5 minutes.

They also carry halal ground beef in the frozen section. During a visit in August 2023, I also found frozen halal goat cubes. That was good to see. Glad they're adding to the offerings.

Big warehouse and super busy all days. They got best discounts, varieties and pizza tastes top class.

I go at least once a week. Great selection of good quality products at an affordable price, especially for a family. Most of the products are Kirkland products if this is something you take into account.

I love this Costco! I’m a senior and it’s an effort to shop anywhere, especially a big box store. This place is the best! (Great hot dogs, too) I like the quick checkout lines because someone is always ready to scan my items for me. They organize and pack into small boxes and make the whole process quick and easy. Today an employee saw me “hobbling” to return a cart and hurried out to take it back for me. Kind people deserve acknowledgement - 35+ years membership, and counting! ♥🙏🇺🇸🥳

There's a reason why it's always packed in here. Great prices and amazing products. My favorite part is the cafeteria personally, but really the best option when it comes to buying products in bulk for a cheaper price.
The staff makes your shopping experience perfect in my opinion. Someone to unload your cart, some to scan and someone to organize into your cart. Your checkout experience is like 5-10 minutes considering how packed it is.

Really can't beat the Costco system. Amazing job by everyone here and the company.

My only problem with Costco is that I have to drive an hour to get to it! Why can’t they put one in Denton??? There’s nothing in all of the towns and areas north of Denton. They’d have so much business there!!
I could write a list of all the things that they have at the other Costco’s. I used to live near?? Maybe I shall but this review is all good and grateful that there’s one anywhere near us.

Busy tire shop but real pleasant even though I was late. Did my tire rotation very promptly.

Great prices on organic foods. I really appreciate Costco for making healthy food affordable. We go every other week and always have great experiences here.

Fully stocked again. All meats are once again fully stocked, as in this post winter items are on the shelf as is furniture. Store not crowded before lunch and all wearing masks.

Sept Update: Halloween and Thanksgiving were run over and Christmas stuff is out! 😒 Winter cloths are also out and the store is well stocked.

The Frisco Costco is small but mighty and I had a lovely experience due entirely to the quality of the customer service throughout. The greeter had an amazing grin and told me to have a good evening after I flashed my card.

The optic department manager was quick and friendly to get my glass delivery.

The temporary luxury sheet guy made a point of calling out "yo" to me on his loud speaker.

The self checkout lady and I had a good laugh after the computer started glitching for a bit.

Finally, the receipt checker told me to have a nice evening.

In a world where Costcos are abundant, and their limited selection drives excitement amongst members, what really stands out is the people who work there.

And this Costco succeeds with five stars.

Everything you need for your home at good prices. The steak selection is great.

First off don't visit on a Saturday it looks like Black Friday. Great selection. Also, the food court is ridiculously low on pricing. You know they are taking a hit, hoping you buy something while you're there. Every employee that I spoke to was friendly. Also, they pay their employees decent wages

My favorite store in any state! Always efficient despite large crowds and always an interesting place to have some amazing people watching fun.

Shoquat at customer service was very kind and personable as well as knowledgeable. Even though they did not have the correct size of tire for my car the auto department put on my spare so I could be on my way in a timely fashion. Cannot thank this team enough for their patience and understanding on a rough day because I happened to get a flat tire and pulled into their parking lot.

It’s Costco what’s not to love? Costco is the best. Recently they have been out of the coffee creamer we like. Not sure what’s going on there but otherwise Costco is fantastic

Haven't had a bad experience yet. Things are in stock. Staff is helpful. Lines aren't too long. Parking isn't too bad for a Costco. You'll have to wait for gas but thats kind of a given.

I love this particular location of Costco because the store is very clean, well-organized, and always has a great selection of items available. There is an employee keeping a count of store visitors as they enter the main doors to stay within the safety guidelines for COVID-19. Costco requests that members wear their face masks which is very encouraging to me since I am a vaccinated, yet immune-compromised individual. I appreciate these precautions taken to keep the public safe. Almost every Costco employee was properly wearing a face mask during my most recent visit.

The snack bar is always a favorite of mine because the line moves quickly and efficiently and the service is fast. There are a few healthy options to choose from in addition to a variety of drink selections. The snack bar prices are incredibly low!

I love that I can buy from Costco with confidence; every item I purchase is backed by Costco personally, and any time I've ever had an issue with a product, the team at the Service Desk has always been extremely helpful and my problems have always been resolved cheerfully.

Weekends and evening hours are very busy! Shop earlier in the day to beat the crowd. There are many great bargains inside!
