My Feb 2009 50 gallon gas water heater failed this morning Saturday (2/10/2024). Grateful it lasted 15 years! Called and had late afternoon weekend installation of new Rheem 50 gallon gas powered water heater with 10 yr warranty! Paul did an excellent job! He was very straightforward, communicative and went about his work in a very professional manner. Prices may be premium but I received a premium product with no nonsense service - so - very premium service in my experience! No complaints - I highly recommend!

This place is great, got us in the same day I called. After calling 6 other companies who couldn’t get us in, they helped us when we were in a bind. Great prices, quality work, warranty was included on the installment. Connor provided great customer service, was very kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend using them. We will be switching to them for our future plumbing issues.

Paul did a great job and he was able to locate the bursted pipe quick and fixed the same very fast. After completing the job he and his team did a great job by cleaning the space well. He also checked the water flow for any leak and confirmed 12 months of warranty on the job he performed. I would strongly recommend him to be engaged if any one of you looking to get plumbing job done with perfection.

So thankful that CW was able to come out late and fix my water main. Paul did an awesome job and for being after hours emergency call the pricing was fair. I would for sure recommend

Adam diagnosed our problem promptly and went above and beyond to ensure our frozen outdoor faucet was fixed to ensure it wouldn’t freeze again. We had an unusual faucet and he searched to find the part that was needed in order to fix same day. Because of the rain he wasn’t able to mortar it in so he came back the next day as promised and mortared it in a way to prevent refreezing. C&W always sends very qualified and conscientious plumbers to address our needs. We will always call them.

CW was available on a Saturday and a holiday weekend which was great. After hours charge of $200. Our technician was very good and took care of the problem. He explained in detail and gave us options going forward for new water heaters when needed. Very pleased with their punctuality and service. Repair services reasonable.

Great service. I had to change my water tank. Daven gave me details about it and explained me all the process. And he was also able to complete the entire work on the same day within few hours. Very satisfied with the service and will definitely work with them again. Thank you for quick response and help.

Had a nasty problem with my above ground bath tub that the “preferred” builder’s plumber installed and after 2.5 years in this relatively new home, it was still leaking.
I contacted CW Plumbing and the next day Isiah came out and fixed the problem that the installer failed to do twice. He basically re-engineered the interconnection design from the tub to the water line feed. He methodically ensured that the changes were thoroughly tested and shared with me at different times.

The Expansion Tank started leaking on my water heater Sunday. My son shut off the hot water immediately. Monday morning I called CW Service Pros and within an hour, they sent over a Service tech who fixed the problem. He explained everything carefully and was efficient and polite. He was careful to shut off the water at the curb to keep more water from leaking. Great job.

Sam and Alex went above and beyond to make sure that I had flowing water. He even did a better job of insulating the pipes than the builder. Highly recommend, pipe burst due to the arctic freeze we have in Dallas, he figured out the location, made every effort not to damage the wall. Truly a professional.

Very thorough job. Was told by my company I use to do annual plumbing checkups that I had a broken pipe and need major dollars of repairs. But I had two other companies come out and run their cameras in and both found no. Issues. Isiah did the most thorough job and was very professional

Absolutely the best service experience by Kevin Walker from CW Service Pros. Home AC repairs are a daunting problem for any homeowner. I had scheduled a service call prior to being in contact with CW Service Pros. The other companies tech hardly glanced at the outside unit and was pitching me a $9000 replacement for the outside and inside unit. Kevin was able to show me that our unit was still under warranty and still took the service up a notch by helping save us even more money by resolving the issue onsite without having to deal with the long journey of dealing with manufacturers warranty and labor fees of replacement. I am now a CW Service Pro Gold member and will have them come by twice a year to do a wellness check for our heating/cooling and plumbing. Thank you Kevin and CW Service Pros

I needed a shut off valve replaced under my sink because my builder used crappy plastic ones. I expected it would be a few days before I got anyone out but I called them at 12pm and they said they could have them out by the after noon. It's now 2:35pm and they are done. Awesome service. Will be using them if I have any other plumbing needs in the future.
