I had a fantastic experience at this store. Particularly with 3 individuals Gabe, A.D., and Angel ( LG). These three gentlemen spent a lot of time with me sharing their great expertise fully aware that my house is not even in Texas. So they knew no Commision was involved but they helped me anyways. And the info they provided was invaluable.
That says a lot not only about these 3 guys but about Best Buy and who they hire. Excellent !

Just had a Pioneer AV receiver installed in a 2016 Civic and they did a fantastic job! They made sure that the factory back up camera displayed full screen and were done in about an hour. I’m so glad I brought my car here!

Although the Customer Service desk was busy and I had to wait quite a bit for their returns to be wrapped up. But mine literally took 1 minute....While purchasing, the lines were pretty long but went by pretty fast. Checkout was smooth and the cashiers/attendants were very nice and polite! No complaints about this particular location 👍

My husband and I really enjoyed working with AJ today at Best Buy. Not only was he personable and easy to work with, he was very knowledgeable about all the appliances and answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy appliances to seek AJ at Best Buy.

If I am writing a review it’s because I have an amazing experience or a terrible one. Today, I went to Brother Best Buy and received top notch and flight customer service. It started with Grace, then on to Otis who didn’t even work in the department that I needed but he stepped in and was clutch! The whole team came in like the Avengers to help when Manizhe tapped in to help!
The whole store is full of all star ⭐ rockstars and if you come here then they will take excellent care of you.

All of my questions were answered and they were professional and kind! After having bad customer service with a different company earlier in the day they were a breath of fresh air.

Come to this Best Buy and let the awesome staff take excellent care of you Linda’s !!!! I recommend it, because my experience was a 10 out of 10!

Received great service from Nisha. She was super helpful and informative when I wanted to buy some headphones! Sale was easy start to finish and she assisted me in getting exactly what I wanted.

They were extremely busy and extremely short-staffed. But the manager who helped us buy a phone was really, really helpful period they did not have what we wanted in stock, but he helped us order it at the Frisco location for pick up period everything was really easy, and they even called in advance to double check the inventory.

I also highly recommend their trade in programs. They seem to pay higher than anyone else.

I forgot the guy name who helped me I was shocked to see how helpful and honest he was I’m a sales person my self when I saw him the way he handled my purchases and made sure everything I have is make sense and connected to each other and didn’t make me to purchase extra stuff just to make his commission but to make sure I got all I needed nothing more or less I will go back to thank him in person

I found what I was looking for! A dual port USB-C charger for car that is long enough to reach the car connector. It worked perfectly. I paid $19.99 on it. Good deal!

Ken that works in the camera area was a pleasure to talk to. He has a lot of knowledge in the field of photography. I will be coming back to buy more toys for my new camera and to talk to Ken. Great guy!

AJ and his team over at Best Buy Frisco are top notch! AJ is always on the clock willing to help no matter the situation, and his knowledge regarding Best Buy's product portfolio is impressively comprehensive. Completed a return today, and the staff was all very friendly despite the holiday crowd. We were greeted right away, and he happy applied the funds to a gift card.

Had a radar detector put in my car here. The employee was very knowledgable. I think his name was Alex. Great job in wiring in my difficult to wire mercedes GLE 350. I'm only giving Alex a 5. Going through the store while waiting I'd give your store a 3. Come on Best Buy, your computer components you have in stock are last gen with a sloppy presentation. People still buy computer parts and if they see displays like this the only time they will come here is by dire last second emergency and with the added condition that you actually have said item in stock.

Beautiful store. I was immediately offered help by one of the employees in the TV department. I advised that I wanted to look around first.

That had an excellent selection and beautiful, very large TVs. Unfortunately, they did not have what I was looking for.

Once I requested assistance, one of the two men came over to answer all of NY questions and offered some alternatives. Unfortunately, I am a visual person, and they didn't have one on display. Great experience. I will visit again.
