I've been shopping online for write a while now, but I should say it's always a pleasure going back to Macy's. The affichistes are very helpful. The store is kept very clean, and there's a lot of brands and Nigeria to choose from

If you are thinking furniture just go for Macy’s. Best experience ever. We have our six piece sectional for 5 years now and absolutely looks like new even today.

So came back to buy couple more items from the furniture section today and impressed with the items they have in stock and the customer service. Way to go Macy’s!

Went looking for men's jeans and their selection didn't disappoint! Make sure to look in the entire men's department for your item as they're more by brand than similar item....overall a genuine 5-star experience!

Victoria from fragrance in the women's department inside the Stonebriar mall was very helpful and she helped me look for a new fragrance, stores need more people like Victoria.The only bad thing is they need to fix the escalator inside the store is been like this from the past 3 weeks.

What more can I say? I came out to see if they had any new colognes I may not have, and they had some new releases. I'll be back to grab a few plus some ones I slept on or didn't know about.

The associates here seem happy to help even during the hectic holidays. The merchandise is organized and dressing rooms are clean.

The service was very good, lighting is nice and bright and they had a sale to boot! Honestly I have avoided Macy's most of my adult life because I thought they were too expensive, but the prices I saw today, changed my opinion.

Very busy at Christmas as expected and was pleased to have staff available to assist us.

Although I didn't purchase anything, I was there on a date and he insisted on smelling multiple colognes. I have to say that the women who were helping, were so knowledgeable on the cologne scents and, give amazing customer service helping him to figure out which one he liked the best. And although the colognes were pricey, they had great holiday gift sets with nice sizes. So I would definitely go back to look for fragrances for myself later on. And although the date sucked, the customer service did not. 😊
