It’s clean and the staff is nice and helpful! Can’t get better than this!! Asked where could I find the bread and he walked me over to 12 !! And he said anything else I can help you with ? I was like wow !! Great customer service right there!! Everything I needed was stocked. This location is great ! I’ll be returning!

I was in this Kroger pretty late last night....between 10:00pm and 11:00pm. One of the young men working there walked me to my car because it was so late. I was very appreciative of that. I wish I had his name, but I didn't get it. This was excellent customer service!

Cameron was so nice to help my 82 year old mother with a phone charger. She was having a hard time seeing in her car at night to plug it in and Cameron came out to her car and helped her. I really appreciate him taking the time to help my mom! What a nice young man!

AJ is a great manager! I watched her navigate all kids of stressful situations and people with a smile on her face and great attitude and did not affect her customer service. Friendly staff

I only come here when the store at Frankford and Marsh is closed due to lack of employees being able to work the designated store hours. But that's a whole nother story

ROXY, The self checkout manager here tonight Saturday February 24th was amazing! She was a great conversationalist, she helped me with the ridiculous, " help is on the way," error message, and just overall made the end of my evening much better! I hope ROXY here at the Parker in Dallas North toll road location gets recognized because she was extremely kind to me!
Quite frankly I'll probably actually spend the three extra minutes driving just to come up here as long as the employees are just like ROXY! THANKS GIRL🫵🏼🙏🏼

Great Krogering experience! This store, unlike other Kroger locations I've been to, has fantastic staff that helped us find the exact product that we were looking for, no matter how long it took. Plus, it's clean and well-stocked. Based upon my experience, I have no choice but to rule this Kroger as being one the best grocery stores in the area.

Meats cereal bars and everything including the ksi and logan paul prime hydration drink and with the Nathan's onion rings baozza buns and cupcakes I'm going to need a picnic party. And a hostess twinkeys spinoff called bouncers. Kit kat once a candy and ice cream now has a cereal. Had shopping to do today.

I am sending this review and the stars to Miss Parastoo , in Bakery department store 540 . I got cakes for our entire office from her. Everyone is in love with her cake frosting and decoration . Love it

Love this Kroger’s.. it’s clean and organized! I use this location most because of Click List! I order from my laptop or my phone, select a pickup time and call them when I get there. It’s easy and saves me so much time especially since I don’t have to take my 3 kids shopping with me! They pick fresh produce and meats which was my main concern with this online ordering but they haven’t disappointed me! When something is out of stock, they substitute it with a similar brand for the same price. They come out to my car and load it up for me. Everyone has been very kind! Great service, try it!

Ginger in the pharmacy department is awesome! She's always ready to help and goes above and beyond. Plus, she's super nice and always puts a smile on my face when she answers the phone.

I went to Krogers because I live in Ranger and there are no Krogers, also there was a really good sale and Tuesday is the last day of the sale. One of the items was sold out so I went to customer service and the lady A J was working there, she told me she was a manager. I asked for a rain check and she was so rude and I felt like she discriminated against me because I was a different color, she treated me very poorly. There was no set limit in the sales ad. She said she would only write the rain check for me to get one, she's a manager and she's supposed to set a good example. Just wanted to let you know what's going on in your store, you really need to demote her.

Just got back from a 7:30AM trip to this Kroger that started out as a loser, but was redeemed by their employee named Ben.

They don't carry Community Decaf K-cup Coffee (I was down to my LAST one at home) , their "baked fresh daily" Sourdough bread felt like it was baked last week, and they had none of their Kroger brand Whipping Cream (which I prefer in my coffee) on the cooler shelf. And, there was no employee in sight near the dairy section. Dang, it's going to be a totally wasted trip!

But, as I'm walking down an isle to leave, the only employee in the store willing to make eye contact was restocking shelves and, as I pass, he smiles and says, "Good morning Sir. Welcome to Kroger.... Did you find what you needed?"

I said "Thanks for asking, but No. They're totally out of what I need in the dairy cooler, and I lcouldn't find anyone to help."

He explained that those employees don't come in for more than an hour. He said, "I don't work in that department, but maybe I can find what you want."

He hustled to the back, and in about 2 minutes, came out, not only with a bottle of the whipping cream for me, but two more bottles that he put on the cooler shelf. Total smile on his face the whole time!

Kroger needs to clone Ben! Great attitude, totally willing to go out of his way to help, and he gave me a complete restart on the morning!

I just moved to The Colony and Plano area for a new job, I came to this Kroger and while I was checking out my debit card didn’t have the $20 I needed for food. My paycheck hadn’t hit my account and I didn’t know that at the time. While I was checking out in the self check out this exceptional lady that was working there ended up giving me $20 so that me and my dog could eat for the weekend. She deserves a promotion for providing such excellent customer service. It speaks volumes about the caring people that live in The Colony and Plano. She set such a great example, I have never had such a kind thing happen to me. I am proud to be in a community with such great people.

Click list is amazing, although sometimes it seems a like the kids fulfilling the order aren't as diligent in finding the specific thing I order.

The selection is amazing. The store is beautiful, gigantic, new, and clean. Most staff is friendly and helpful. The bakery, deli, cheese, meat/seafood, pharmacy, etc. have knowledgeable people to help you navigate through all the products. They even have clothes and a jewelry store.

The organic/health food area is very large and there is a whole wall of nuts, seeds, trail mix, etc that used to be like the candy isle.

This is one of the larger Krogers in the area. It's not one of their super center models but is much larger than the Kroger near me. They have a wide variety of foods and house goods that you would normally see in a grocery store this type. I kind of like the layout and location of this one better

Changing my rating because this Kroger is now my favorite grocery store in the area. It's clean, organized, and well stocked. There's space to move around and a larger variety of items than other grocery stores in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful.
