Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Watertown Boston

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites for a family wedding. It was such a great stay, in a perfect area, with the Arsenal Way, with restaurants and shops, right outside our door. I’d like to single out Sam at the front desk, who made our overall experience that much more pleasurable. I was with my elderly mother, children, and grandchildren. Sam went above and beyond to fill any need we had with a big smile on his face. He made a wonderful experience that much more pleasurable.

Very cool location! Hotel is updated with good amenities. Workout room is very nice. Convenient location with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance!

This should be rated as a 4 star hotel. It is clean. The rooms are maintained pretty well. They are just managed pretty well. This hotel is way better than any other 5 star hotel

Amazing studio, huge. Quiet, nice smell, safe location, elevator needs to unlock with your room card. Breakfast was not the best taste but so many options. Staff were friendly, and the place was clean. There is so much to do around the hotel, restaurants, gym, target, bestbuy, Nike, etc. There are only 2 issues. The tub drain plug was broker and full of someone's hair. Last day, I was charged for parking by mistake, and they fixed it right away after a call. I would stay there again.

We booked the a suite for our wedding night and after long crazy day we realized we forgot to pack a phone charger and some other essentials Twana at the front desk went above and beyond to help us! She’s absolutely the nicest, friendliest and loving person Hampton Inn is lucky to have such a great employee!!!!

Had a pleasant stay here! Great location as it wasn’t too far from Boston but also surrounded by nearby shops.

The front desk was friendly from the moment you check-in. Breakfast was your standard continental. The room we stayed in was very clean and beds were comfy.

We chose to stay just outside of Boston and this hotel was perfect. On site parking with places to eat/shop just a short walk across the street was a plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast that was included made it more convenient to get a quicker start to our day. Our suite was a great size for our family of 5. We would definitely return to this hotel if in the area again and recommend it to others.

This hotel is a little hidden gem. The property is immaculate. The staff very friendly. The room and beds are extremely comfortable. The location is convenient and a fabulous price/value. My new favorite spot in the Boston area!

We made reservations at this hotel for our honeymoon, as my husband is from Boston and Watertown is very close by. Upon arriving, we felt very welcome as Tanya greeted us at the front desk and was incredibly hospitable the whole trip and congratulated us on our wedding. Once we got to our room, we were welcomed with a lovely greeting card and personalized screen on the television. This is a new hotel, as the area has been remodeled, yet, it’s also a quaint place to stay. One major amenity I would like to mention- We were able to walk and buy groceries at Roche Brothers throughout our week here, as our room also featured a microwave and refrigerator. Not to mention the free breakfast! Highly recommend for travel to New England!

Hampton Inns are interesting. There is a standard property, and then there are exceptional ones. This is the latter. It is located quite a bit west if Boston, but it has great access to numerous areas. The location also results in a lower room rate, as the Boston based hotels were nearly double the price.
The hotel room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The entire property appears new and higher quality, which is immediately evident. The breakfast area is very spacious and can accommodate larger groups.
Additionally, there is an entirely new urban market (Arsenal Yards) built up around it, giving you walking access to a grocer, restaurants, and shops. Parking is a bit peculiar, as the garage is across the street and requires a key card (and pass), as well as a map, to navigate back to the hotel.
We highly recommend this property.

The fact that this is a 2-star hotel baffles me. The room and service were PHENOMENAL! Definitely exceeded my expectations for the affordable price point. And the location is perfect! There are tons of restaurants and stores within walking distance and the area had a very diverse group of people.

The hotel itself is beautiful. There is a nice set up for 24 hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Complimentary breakfast in the morning has a good selection and all tastes great. The hotel is pet-friendly which is a BIG plus for us since we had our kitten with us. The rooms have a beautiful shower, an awesome automated curtain system, and the cooling system worked great!

If there were any one thing I'd wish was better or different it's the fact that our room trash bins didn't have any trash bags. But that wasn't a huge deal. I would 100% recommend this location if you are looking for a somewhere nice to stay in the Watertown area.

We stayed for 5 nights. The rooms are spacious enough. There are plenty of sockets for your devices. The bathroom was clean and spacious as well. You have everything you need like fridge, microwave, hairdryer and even an iron. The WiFi is of good quality. The breakfast was 10 out of 10 compared to other places we had such in US. The service is amazing. We had a couple of problems with our travel and they helped us as much as they could. There are good places to grab a bite nearby in Arsenal yards and a big Target if you need something other.

Wonderful sized past meets modern setting inside luxuriously combined and well balanced.
Wonderful complementary breakfast served...choices of how you wanted your Belgian waffles huge or kid friendly mini.

Great location and service; right in the heart of Watertown. Plenty of restaurants, shopping place, target; everything within walking distance! Walk or bike by the river is a great evening activity.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this Hampton Inn for a weekend travel in Boston. While the hotel is listed as a 2-star hotel it certainly exceeded that. To begin, you have private hotel parking that is covered in the garage next to the hotel; you get access through your room card key, which is quite nice - the only downside is that you pay around $25/night. When it comes to the actual hotel itself, it is located on the Arsenal Yards ground, which is a space filled with different retail stores and restaurants; very lively and overall good atmosphere. Moving on to the layout of the hotel, I found it to be impressive for a hotel of this category. The lobby welcomed guests with an elegant and inviting atmosphere. The staff members were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. The overall design of the hotel was aesthetically pleasing, with tasteful decor and well-appointed common areas. As for the rooms, they were surprisingly spacious and well-designed. The rooms boasted modern amenities and thoughtful touches. The comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep, and the cleanliness was commendable. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and with good water pressure (hot, cold, or warm - whatever your preference). I honestly did not hear anyone else outside or next to us, so definitely noise-friendly in my experience. The in-house gym was a pleasant surprise. The facility was not only well-maintained but also boasted a variety of modern exercise equipment (i.e. BOSU balls, a Peloton bike, Cable machine, and DBs up to 70 lbs). The gym was spacious, allowing guests to comfortably work out without feeling cramped. Whether you're an avid fitness enthusiast or simply looking to stay active during your travels, this gym would certainly meet your needs. When it comes to breakfast, nothing fancy honestly. They provided the typical eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, coffee, juices - it was good but nothing crazy about it.

This hotel has been so great for me and my girlfriend. I'd like to first start off by thanking the front desk worker SYLVIA. She was absolutely amazing and helpful during our entire stay. Whenever I needed a recommendation or something for the room Sylvia was so quick to do it all. I'd also like to thank the engineering department. There was an issue with my TV not switching inputs and a nice man from the department came to the room and fixed my issue quickly.

This hotel is located near tons of shops, and a nice little park. I think this hotel is a perfect spot for all. Close to Target, Best Buy, and a huge shopping mall with tons of restaurants.

We will definitely be staying here again in the near future when we come back to Massachusetts.

Excellent stay with Excellent service from the housekeeping staff, The Front Desk employees, The sales department and the breakfast staff. The hotel is beautiful and located within an awesome district with a Target and Starbucks within a 3 min walk. I can’t wait to come back and visit again. Kudos to The Front Desk Manager for leading by example, She is an absolute sweetheart. (I forgot her name).

Obviously great location, obviously clean because it’s a new building. Staff was friendly and attentive, pantry was full and easily accessible. Did not try the breakfast.

My one and only gripe would simply be the price (understandable due to location) and having to pay for parking. It’s not as if it’s valet. Overall, the prices do not fit a lower tier Hilton such as Hampton Inn. You miss the small things like bathrobes and such, while still paying a Double Tree or higher price point.
