The ICU (Floor 5) was absolutely incredible! My mother was there for emergency surgery and the staff and doctors were just beyond compare. The unit is clean, organized and well run. Caitlyn, Megan, Erin, THANK YOU for everything!

All the staff from parking attendants to doctors were phenomenal! Their level of truly caring for a patient or visitor to their medical facility was incredible. Above and beyond that, I have received calls from my doctor and his staff to see how I am and I have had the opportunity to rate the facility based on my experience. That shows me they really do care and will strive to make others feel as confident about their medical care at St. Elizabeth’s as I did.

As sick as I was, I enjoyed my experience at this hospital. The nurse at the station who took my ID and Insurance was very sweet, the nurses who took care of me for the two hours I’ve been there were very sweet and caring. They couldn’t find a vein in my arms to insert the IV needle but they were patient with me and we joked about this.
They printed out papers of what could be my illness and how to treat it in the days to come.
Overall it was a very good experience and I left the hospital feeling better.

Shoutout to Nurse Anne in the ER who made me feel nothing but comfortable. She was so kind and caring and I hope if I ever have to go back she’ll be there.

We had an accident while visting Boston. A friend of mine fell down on a sidewalk broke a wrist and had to go to this hospital. They attended us extremely well and did their best to not mess up our holidays. We just come back to Spain and our doctors here says they did a very good job. Her wrist is now recovering pretty well. Thank you so much !!!!!

We had a very positive experience with St. Elizabeth’s labor and maternity ward. I was a scheduled c section and the whole team took great care to ensure I was in and out of surgery quickly while making sure my husband was included in caring for our new baby boy at the time of delivery. We were taken to our maternity room quickly and the nursing staff took very good care of us. Their pediatric staff was kind and detailed oriented, ordering follow labs and appointments for us post discharge. We would definitely pick St. Elizabeth’s for future deliveries.

My husband went to St E’s to start a cardiac work up for a valve replacement. The staff were great, caring and attentive. The cardiologist is fantastic! He explained carefully the procedure and testing that would be required. He was patient and answered all questions without the feeling of being rushed. St E’s is a great facility. I had cardiac bypass in 2018 and received the best care, they saved my life! I trust them with my husbands care, and we feel comfortable he will have a great outcome!

I had a cardiac procedure at St Elizabeth’s. Dr Natan and the team were great. They were professional yet kept me in the loop and made me feel like a part of everything not just the patient!

The staff were amazing. I spent 29 days in the hospital and was treated in 4 different units. All of them made my stay as pleasant as possible. The Cardiac Units were modern, clean and state of the art. When you are facing major surgery it was very comforting to have such caring staff. I highly recommend St. Elizabeth for anyone who has cardiac issues.

Due to the pandemic, there was a long wait to get my mammogram compared to other years where I could sometimes get it the same day I called for an appointment. So when I arrived, I was feeling a bit concerned that I was well beyond a year from my last mammogram. I should add I have no risk factors other than age and have never had breast cancer. Still I was worried. The technician who helped me was lovely and did her best to reassure me that the wait for me did not guarantee a higher risk of cancer. After I was done, she asked if I would like to stay and wait for my results as she, quite correctly, thought I might worry about my results until I received them. I appreciated her kindness and agreed to wait. The results showed no cancer and no changes from my previous image. I left very relieved and grateful for her kindness! My experience at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center for my mammogram was wonderful as usual! I have been going here for years and it is always a good experience!
