Boston Marriott Burlington

Excellent hotel! Rooms have been updated with glass door shower, and modern fixtures. Water pressure was good being on the 7th floor and I didn't hear much of others room plumbing as that's normally the case on older hotels. The linen and towels were soft but the mattresses were hard and could use a pillow top to help soften the sleep. The A/C unit was quiet however the thermostat limited your options a bit to essentially just temperature. I normally like to keep the fan on to fade the outside noise, but this unit wouldn't stay on. If you're a light sleeper, request a room on the opposite side of the highway as the traffic and louds cars will get loud after 6am. (Windows are not well insulated) The hotel lobby is ample, welcoming decor and the fragrance is lovely. They only had one elevator working (1 out of 3 elevators) which made it very hectic and messy as they would be a line of people waiting for the elevator. 😩 The breakfast buffet was good. The fruit salad bar was the best part as they had a large variety of fruits. They had an omelets station, which was a plus as those liquid, fakes eggs get disgusting after a few minutes. Would've like to see non-dairy milk for cereal and coffee and granola and yogurt as well. All the staff was awesome and friendly. We got partial house keeping that made our beds and refreshed some of the towels and refilled our coffee k-cups. Those smalls details make a difference to make as I hate having to call front desk to ask for what should be expected.

Marriott is always our go-to home away from home, and this location is no exception! The room is clean and tidy as always. I know it sounds a lil funny, but having an empty mini fridge in the room is one of the reason i Love staying at Marriott lol!

The M-club is definitely another value-added part, small snacks and beverages are always available makes things super convenient.

The complimentary breakfast is always great, with quality food and great service! The made-to-order omelet on the weekend is fantastic!

Great hotel and staff! Everyone was so nice, accommodating and helpful. Gary, Alyssa, Mike and Diane at the bar area provided outstanding service and made us feel so welcomed! Everyone was wonderful but these four stood out as exceptional!

Love everything from the greeting at the lobby to a final cup of coffee when living. Would definitely stay here again. Small improvement can be made to the club - real coffee cups instead of the paper.

I loved going to the steakhouse restaurant, Nicole our server every night was great! She is so genuine and kind! My husband and I will be going back there soon and hope Nicole will be there!

Very well run and clean. Upscale and classy. I saw cleaning staff constantly making sure tables in the lobby were wiped, etc. Pleasant stay.

BOOKING HACK!!! We booked through Priceline’s pay before you know feature, choosing the four-star, free breakfast categories. As a result, we were able to enjoy a $25 all you can eat buffet for free (ask for your free vouchers at the front desk). Wonderful made to order omelettes, waffles, fresh fruit, etc.

(Edit: Note that Wi-Fi is not free here unless you are a Marriott member. I was charged $13 for using what I thought was free Wi-Fi. I saw no indicator of that beforehand. Thankfully, Joanna in accounting was kind enough to refund that to my account. The front desk takes forever to pick up; they finally do answer the phone.)

Very clean hotel and well maintained. The area has many good places to eat with very high reviews. Recommend to stay here if you want to drive into the city.

We came for a night with our 2 year old for a 24 hour event and the staff were so accommodating and helped us maintain her sleep schedule. The staff at the breakfast were also extremely friendly and proactive in our needs. It was a pleasure staying there!

The location was great. Close-ish to Boston for our flying attendees. Close to all that is close by at and around the Burlington Mall.

A great place to stay on the outskirts of Boston. Very helpful and attentive staff. Easy access to Concord, Lexington and Salem. Don’t miss the omelette bar!

There is plenty of parking. The location is accessible, the common areas are beautiful, sitting areas outside the hotel, and the bathrooms are neat. This hotel is one of the best spots in the Northshore for a wedding or any event.

Good customer service, room was ok, the only thing I didn’t like there’s no door that separates bathroom, it’s open bathroom, for me was like no privacy

I stay here often. The service and attention to the client is outstanding. The rooms are well appointed and have everything needed. I like the latest touch of extras in the rooms. The rooms are starting to show some wear, but that's a bit of a nitpick. The food in the restaurant is much better than your average hotel. It's perfect for business.

Staff was so accommodating and friendly. Great lobby bar setup. 2 pools and both were operating! A+++++

Delightful place to have breakfast! Fab buffet with Amazing fruits 🍌 🍎 🍉: cut orange and green melon, watermelon, bananas, strawberries, oranges, apples! Toast, Pastries, croissants, cereal and oatmeal! Made to order omelets?, pancakes, French toast, bacon , sausages etc! Super nice service! All you can eat! Continental breakfast $18 and full breakfast $25. Great coffee and juice! Serene breakfast spot in Burlington! Great spot to chat business!

Excellent place to stay for business or to explore Boston that is just 3o min away. Great stuff, great breakfast, nicy equiped gym with indoor/outdoor swimming pools. Lady at the m-club is super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come back again!

Attended a Holiday party. The banquet hall was beautifully decorated and waitstaff was great

Went there for Medina Jenkins wedding beautiful the hotel service was excellent everything was Point beautiful love their hospitality real good wedding big room where they had the wedding and the reception room was even better mad room for dancing moving around their service was excellent
