This dealership understands how to treat their customers. I was not expecting to purchase a new vehicle and was only considering CPO. Due to the phenomenal customer service, sales experience and non-pressure attitude I purchased my first Audi. I will absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a vehicle. Joey and Scott are true professionals who treat each customer with respect and take time to understand their clients. If I could give 10 stars to this review and dealer I would. Look no further than Audi Natick, you won’t be disappointed.

I had an amazing experience purchasing a vehicle for my daughter. Upon entering the Audi Natick dealership, we were greeted by Kevin who was professional and attentive throughout the process, writing down our needs and questions and clearing up our concerns. After, Scott provided us with additional help and support regarding the vehicle and the purchasing process. Kevin and Scott were both very mindful, making this an unexceptional and pleasant purchasing experience.

Audi Natick is an exceptional car dealership and completely blew me away with the service and the quality of people who work there and enjoy what they do.

I am no big fish with loaded pockets but I went to them because another dealer told me the car I had my eyes on was actually not in stock and going to Natick was the backup plan for the day.

Upon arrival I met Kevin who immediately greeted me by the door. Told him what I was looking at and interested in and he pulled it up we went on a tour of the car then test drove.

During the test drive he explained all the features in the car and once we got back I bought the car because that was my intention for the day.

Kevin was absolutely exceptional, he was on top of all of our calls leading up to today when I picked up the car and kept me up to date every step of the way and guided me with information that was going to be necessary and was very genuine and honest about questions and concerns.

Then after the sale with Kevin, I met Tegan. Her personality, honesty, and straight shooter mentality really made me feel confident in the decision I was making and she honestly felt like my fiduciary and I could not have been more lucky to have her in my corner and stay so far past closing to get me in the right deal at the price I was seeking, side note she won the negotiations.

I bought the car Sunday, revisited shortly after to bring my remaining deposit, and within 5 days I was back to pick up and within those 5 days I honestly was treated like the first with each visit.

Pick up day came and I met Brandon who was the Audi guru and gave me another crash course of the car and he was exceptional and knowledgeable and finally i was introduced to a manager, I believe his name was Scott thanking me for my business.

Each transition was as seamless as the next and so smooth, amazing operation at Audi Natick, thank you for my S5 Prestige.

I picked up my first ever Audi yesterday — so excited! I was very fortunate to have Brendan help me through the buying process and Brandon with helping me with all the technology on board my zippy Red Q3. They both went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and that I was happy with my purchase . Amazing service experience, probably the best I've ever had. I was checked in immediately on arriving, didn't even wait one minute for my loaner car it was already pulled up and was texted near real time updates on my car. When I came to pick the car up by the time I had paid my car was already pulled up and waiting for me.

Audi-Natick has serviced my car since I relocated back to Massachusetts six years ago. I initially chose them as my service center (others were much closer to where I live) based on the comparatively large number of positive ratings they had received. I have never been disappointed with their service or the people working there. They are respectful and feel like old friends!

I recently visited the Audi service center and had an exceptional experience with my service advisor, Ross. His patience was remarkable as he attentively addressed my numerous questions and concerns. Throughout our interaction, Ross consistently responded with a smile and courteous demeanor, making the experience very pleasant. I highly recommend this service center and plan to continue utilizing their services. The quality of their work, and the professionalism of the staff left me thoroughly satisfied.

Everyone was helpful and easy to deal with. Dan the sales rep was very knowledgeable. Matt was very helpful with the documentation. Laura was very efficient. Andrew did a great job going over all the electronics in the car.

Buying my Audi Q3 was a great experience. Joey was friendly, patient and answered all of my questions. Ashley made the financing portion of the transaction manageable and fun. We found our unicorn car. Little did we know that Massachusetts had very tight title registration laws, as we are in Texas. Brendan Walsh went above and beyond to help expedite the process so we could get our car to Texas. His communication, commitment and ownership are one of a kind. We have purchased many cars in our lifetime and had never received this type of service. I highly recommend Natick Audi but mostly I recommend BRENDAN Walsh.

Have been very satisfied with the attentive service at Audi Natick for my Q3. So far, at 3years in, I have needed only oil and filter changes, nothing major, thankfully!
I’m aware that dealer service departments often have negative reviews assigned to them for various reasons. I have not had a negative experience with Audi Natick and would certainly consider purchasing my next car from them as well. I also appreciate that I have been able to have a loaner vehicle when needed.

I have been going to Audi of Natick ever since I purchased my 2015 Audi S5 over 5-6 years ago and they have always been my go to dealer for my servicing. I have worked with a few of the Advisors over the years and all of which are very helpful and conscientious about any concerns I mention. Ross has been the longest term advisor I have been with and hes always on point and enjoy seeing him when I bring my Audi in come servicing time! I have also more recently been working with Linda as well and she is also very nice and helpful with my servicing needs. I appreciate them especially and thank you for all your care for my vehicle over the years that has made my experience with my S5 all the more smooth!

The 50K service was thorough and completed sooner than I expected. Ali, the representative, is very knowledgeable and professional. The inspection video from all angles was quite informative.

Very pleasant experience throughout the cycle of purchase. Dan is a very knowledgeable sales person, very easy to speak to and candid. The approach of the group is also based on teamwork and on occasion when i had a question and sales person was away, he was always able to have someone help me when i needed it. Hoping the experience will be the same when i bring my car for service and looking forward to that.

Ed Quirk was a great salesperson. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was always responsive to inquiries by phone, email, or text. When I picked up the car he spent a great deal of time showing me all the features and explaining the technology. He introduced me to my future service advisor and showed me around the service department.
