Stop & Shop

This review is for the deli specifically. I will come out of my way specifically because of Kelly and Patrick. They actually follow your instructions and cut meat how you want it, and how much you want it. Everything is always in stock there too. Best Stop and Shop by far and one of the better grocery stores in the Watertown/ Cambridge area.

I am really grateful for Matt and the staff today. The battery of my car died unexpectedly and the staff in this store were very nice and kind. Matt willingly helped me out to get my car going again. I really appreciate the manager to allow him to help me as well. Great staff in this store!!

People ask me where I shop and I tell them. I get the typical shout out " Damn their prices r outrageous." I don't mind paying a couple extra pennies to have a friendly atmosphere.
And RITA should get a gold ✨.

This store is huge! Has everything you would ever need and a lot of extra things you would never buy. They have a great selection of produce and dry goods as well as prepared foods! I don't recommend going on a day when people normally grocery shop as it will be crazy and packed and unpleasant

Deli department saved my party! After another Stop ‘n’ Shop messed up my big order of deli + fruit platters, this SS was able to fulfill my order with less than 24 hours notice. Customer service was great :)

The store is very clean and orderly. When you check out the cashiers are very friendly. Will be shopping here more often.

Pay attention to customer needs service and that is exactly what is needed due to being helpful to get you in snd out to save time on your day

I like this location for many reasons. Stop & Shop always has sales and great prducts. I shop at this location for many reasons. The staff are always willing to help you when needed. The lines move pretty quickly and hardly a wait. The staff are professional, making sure they keep the store safe and clean.

It's a great place to go to and get your groceries. They have plenty of food and fresh vegetables. The restock person was really helpful to telling me where the Italian San pellegrino was located. The self checkout woman was really friendly.

Huge and very well stocked, with a huge parking lot. These large stop and shop locations are what all supermarkets aspire to.

The only down-side is that the layout gets very confusing, and you can end up roaming aisles trying to find where they put the thing you want (as I understand, stores are, to some extent, designed to encourage that wandering, so you have more time to make impulse buys). Be on guard for this, and resist the urge to buy stuff you dont really want while searching for other items.

Stop & Shop is also very great Supermarket, with very great employees, very clean produce, fresh meat & fish, Dairy, and every helpful with their customers.

My son has multiple food allergies and Kelly at the deli counter made me feel very comfortable. When she found out my son had food allergies she took the extra time to clean off the machine really well to make sure that there was nothing that would contaminate the meat that she was gonna cut for my son. I really appreciate the extra attention to my sons allergies that Kelly gave. She was very friendly and very professional.

I found everything I needed. They were also having some very good sales. The place was clean and well-stocked. It's a grocery store, not sure what else to say. As long as they have what I want and I can find it easily enough and the employees are helpful if needed then I give it 5 stars.

Always well stocked, pleasure to go in the early morning and seeing everything ready for shoppers always smells clean especially the perishable department you will always find fresh and well stocked selection, and price is right!

It's a wonderful store nearby or just 8min walk from watertown yeard bus stop through the side of river and park..So you can enjoy nature while u go there..
Fruits are very nice and fresh..
If u go not get time to prepare raw fish or chiken(not for muslims,as those are not halal) ,then you can buy it from here ready to cook..

Huge place, much to select from. Sometimes you get lost. Even tough it's big, at times you can't find the things you are looking for.
I couldn't find individual bagels. Lots if self checkout.

Love the bakeshop here, has really improved over the last year. Highly recommend for the bakeshop alone. The manager is very knowledgeable and super friendly.

We've been going to stop & shop for years. In our opinion, the most complete grocery store in the area. Best produce choice!
