Audi Burlington

After searching for the perfect new to me car for a few weeks I was exhausted from the usual hot seat atmosphere of most dealerships. I knew exactly what I wanted, and Audi Burlington had two models that I was interested in checking out. I took both out for a test drive with Charles and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Chuck was friendly, transparent, and no pressure throughout the whole process. He explained the differences in the models I was looking at, and was just a pleasure in general. He worked to get me the deal I wanted, and I left today with exactly what I wanted at a fair price to all. Alex and Miguel in the finance team were also great, they beat my pre-approved rate by 0.5% and clearly explained warranty and protective coverage options. Paperwork was a breeze and overall I'd say Audi Burlington has some of the best people in the business. I hope to own this car for a long time, but when I decide it's time for my next vehicle I will definitely go back here without hesitation.

Anthony and team were absolutely incredible. I came in to test a 2021 q3. He was very patient and helped me find something to better suit my needs and make it financially comfortable. Team and staff we’re listening to my wants and needs, weren’t pushy , and so fun to work with. 8 hours later I left with a 2024 q3! Gm was also so kind to my pup!

When we entered the showroom, we fell in love with an Audi Q7 that was being displayed. While we were admiring the vehicle, Michael Brown approached us an offered his help in purchasing our Audi. We chose the showroom model Q7.
From beginning to end Mike was attentive to our needs. He took care of all paperwork and introduced us to his finance department. Before long, we were driving home comfortably in our new Audi Q7!

ESPECIALLY MY SALESMAN ANTHONY LAZZARO !! Its been 2 months since I bought this 2015 Audi A8L for my 22 nd birthday . I waited 2 months to leave the review just to make sure I have the right opinion . SUPER HAPPY . The car had 95 thousand miles and they gave me a new car experience . They sold me the extented warranty i asked for which sealed the deal on my end . They helped me with finance a lot since I didnt have a long enough credit history . Anthony is the nicest guy up to this day he texts me and calls me making sure im happy about everything . This was one of my dream cars when i was 16 when it came out a few years back so i decided to play it safe and go to an actual audi dealership . And oh man am i statsisfied with everyone at Audi Burlington . Especially Anthony Lazzaro ! I cant wait once im done enjoying this one coming back for another one even newer .
Unfortunately I dont have family or many friends here in the states to recommend them about Audi Burlington . But to anyone who is reading this dont hesitate to walk in this place . You will find out yourself !

From the moment I contacted Audi Burlington to the final delivery of my vehicle, everyone I came in contact with on the phone or in person were very professional and customer oriented. My Salesman Laris Gacanovic was exceptional. I ordered a car in my specifications and Laris kept me informed of the process the whole time from entering production, completed production, in transit to the dealer and to the arrival in port. Since I live out of the State of Massachusetts my car had to be delivered and Laris went out of his way to get my car delivered in the time frame I needed. I very highly recommend Laris and all the staff at Audi Burlington.
