Bernardi Honda in Natick

I recently purchased a 2024 Honda crv from here, and I am very happy with everything! I really appreciate David Dungon with being a great help during the whole process. I went to many other car dealerships before this, and the salesmen were not as friendly. He also helped me to save a few dollars, so that’s a plus! Will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience here! From start to finish everyone was great. Bob McGrath was fantastic and made the car buying process much easier. He was knowledgeable and helped with all my questions. He made me feel so comfortable and not pushy at all. There was another sales rep near by who was so sweet helping my son with his Nintendo switch while we were working on paperwork. I had been to two other dealerships in the days prior to coming here and didn’t have good experiences at all. This place was amazing. I would absolutely recommend Bob McGrath to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle.

Oliver in Service went above and beyond to help me. I drove into Service to ask about the location of their air hose because of low tire pressure. Oliver took over, he first checked the door panel to determine the proper tire pressure and then added air to each tire that needed additional air. Thank you Oliver, great customer service!

Best car shopping experience ever!! Bought 2 cars with my family this past weekend and Marko and the Bernardi team were amazing! Marko took the time to show us multiple vehicles, walked us through all Bernardi has to offer, and was patient with finding the best vehicles that suited my families needs. Jamie from finance was also great and very patient in talking us through our options as well. Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond for my family and I! This was my second time visiting this location, and although I purchased a Honda for myself elsewhere a year ago, I know where my next Honda will be from! If I could rate 6/5 stars, I would.

We recently bought a new car at Bernardi Honda and our salesperson was Brian Wels. He was excellent to work with. Very patient in answering our questions/concerns and never made us feel like he was trying to push a sale. The trim and color that we wanted wasn’t immediately available, but Brian worked hard to track it down for us and we got the car sooner than expected. If you are looking for a new car and want to work with someone caring and honest then ask for Brian and you won’t regret it.

I just wanted to start by saying how welcoming and awesome all of the staff are, they make you feel at home and that’s what you need when making a big purchase, you don’t want to feel like your talking to generic money hungry staff.
My sales representative Jack Murphy was very honest and patient and very willing to try to make me happy and satisfied. He wasn’t pressuring which was very much appreciated because it’s rare in the sales department, he was also extremely charismatic. He is an awesome sales representative, if your thinking about purchasing a car jack is your guy, you won’t be disappointed!

I just bought a 2019 Honda Odyssey. My salesman was Dave Gordonstein. He made it very simple and saved us a few bucks in the process. I got a fair value for my trade in. I suffered a total loss and I needed to buy a car within 10 days- I went to Bernardi honda because it was my closest option. All of the staff were lovely and very pleasant. I worked with Bob McGrath and he went above and beyond for me. Bob is patient, empathetic, and personable. Bob listened to everything I said and found me the perfect car for me (a 25 year old living in Boston). He always made time to chat with me- even if I showed up just to browse cars, he made sure to come chat with me. He constantly checked in on me and really broke everything down step by step. When I had issues with my insurance, Bob went out of his way and did everything in his power to speed up any delays and make sure I was covered. I HIGHLY recommend going to Bernardi Honda and working with Bob.

This was the first car-buying experience at a dealership that was enjoyable to us. You will not find a better and more trustworthy car salesman than Victor Medina. We were so lucky to get to work with Victor. He listened to all our questions and needs for our new car and we were very comfortable dealing with him. We wanted a certain color for our car and he took time to find it for us instead of pressuring us into another car. Once the car was ready for pick-up. Victor spent much time explaining all the new features of the car. He also gave us valuable suggestions on how best to maintain our car. He really cared that we were 100% satisfied with our new car.
