Ice cream was delicious and the place was clean. We had a very nice worker, Eva, help us and that’s what really made the experience! Thank you and I’ll be back for the Salted Caramel next time!

Great place to come with friends and family. The staff there killed it with customer service. Besides one of the employees. He made me feel really weird. He told me I can get it while winking at me too other than that I recommended coming here 😁

You can never go wrong with Ben & Jerry’s. The store opened a couple of months ago. It’s nice and sparkly. The service is also very nice! I definitely recommend it!

I have no idea why people are saying such negative things in the reviews, this place is fantastic! The guy I think is the evening manager is so incredible with allergies and making sure the whole experience is safe and fun. I have celiac so he got a brand new box of ice cream and used a brand new scoop to ensure there was no risk of cross contamination. People complain about the sizes for the price, but if you just come in for a fresh packed pint, it’s a great deal! 10/10 would recommend, especially the new oatmeal cookie dream flavor💕

We enjoyed our 'small' ice cream in the whaffle, which was actually really big!
The 'large' is not much bigger.

B&J's ice cream's always high quality, with a good assortment & unusual flavors. This location's a very lively one in the vibrant heart of Arsenal Yards's restaurant, liquor store, & movie area.

Very kind and accommodating staff who helped my indecisive friends pick a flavor and gave large servings -- we couldn't finish them and ended up bringing our cups home for dessert for another time.

Amazing experience every time with the wonderful staff!!! The Watertown shop is always so clean and filled with positive vibes! I look forward to my next visit, thank you!
