Absolutely seamless and great experience. We worked with Jennifer Gorman, who was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, and a fantastic rep for the dealership. They had a CPO E class coupe that was pristine and at a great price. Minimal negotiation was needed. At delivery the car looked brand new and all aspects of the car were explained in detail. It doesn’t matter if i have a scheduled appointment for service or end up there unexpectedly because something just doesn’t seem right with my car, I am treated like i am the most important person to them. They are great. And a special acknowledgment to Nick Kokoliadis who always makes me a priority and has had my best interest at the center for more than 2 years now.

We like the team members at Burlington Mercedes Benz very much. From the initial phone call to set an appointment, to our nice and very helpful sales agent Mustafa, to the finance manager Paul who relaxedly listened to and clarified many final questions, and all the members we met incidentally, we really liked them all. It's hard to buy a car, no matter how good it is, or how helpful their process supports it, and it's a business transaction, but they are really decent.

Outstanding service is one of the reasons to buy a Mercedes! You are treated so well at this dealership that you can’t imagine buying a car anywhere else. They are organized, professional and show exceptional hospitality. Having a cappuccino while you wait doesn’t hurt either. I had considered an Audi but my son has one and the service is not even close. Thank you Mercedes Burlington for a great experience.

Kyle Patton is the best sales person ever in purchasing a car. He was attentive and respectful. I had the opportunity to see him interact with his past customer and another new while I was waiting for financing and he was the same. Perfect brand experience. I wish it was the same for the finance side but the Sales manger Vanessa made it right.

As always we were treated like special guest by Nick Kokoliadis. Everything was completed as needed. Mercedes-Benz of Burlington is a great dealership. I like the idea that the same mechanic services our car each time. If you have to wait, there are convinces for you to enjoy. I have not seen another ML 400 with all the bells & whistles, or interior that our car has. We love ❤ our car.

Nick was really amazing had trouble at sommervile location prior to me coming into service. Nick was fast efficient and got me help needed in a timely manner I appreciate him so much. Made stressful day so much more easier !! Thank God great experience and will definitely be back.

Moe, Jenn, Vanessa, Sara, and Frank treated my husband and me with so much respect. The experience from our first visit to the moment we left with my new car was friendly, pleasant, and productive. We visited other Mercedes car dealerships before settling on a vehicle, but they did not compare to the level of professionalism and personability as Burlington. Icing on the cake - the coffee bar has some great beverages and snacks!

The facility is very impressive, the staff very professional and you will feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. Gabriel and Natasha helped me to buy my first Mercedes and to explain, in details the warranty coverage and all the available options to protect my expensive investment. If you visit the Burlington Mercedes don’t miss stopping by the in house coffee bar for a cappuccino or an espresso.

Ben in service was great to work with. He made the whole process of dropping off our car for service seamless. Kept us informed of the servicing of the car and when it was ready.

This dealership is top notch! From sales, TJ, who always goes out of his way to find you EXACTLY what you are looking for at a decent and fair price, to finance, who get you in your new (or used) car quickly and easily, to their fantastic service crew led by Steve, who is always quick to greet you and remember your name, favorite sports team and family, to Nick who is such a great guy and incredibly helpful. He doesn’t shove any additional services down your throat when you need to wait a bit to do them. He goes out of his way to make sure you have a rental you’re happy with and keeps you informed about repair status as things progress. Always with a smile and a reassurance that things will be done right for you. I will never go anywhere else.

The his is a great dealership. The customer service rep for Sprinters, Steve Bergeron, is great and Althofs the extra mile to get you sorted out. He’s also very good about communicating as you go through the process.

I was referred to this dealership by a friend and worked directly with Vanessa and Jennifer in sales. They were extremely professional, efficient and thoughtful throughout my entire experience with purchasing our first Mercedes. We visited numerous dealerships throughout our search and had to wait some time for the one vehicle that we wanted, however this team was top notch on keeping us informed and making sure our experience was easy and seamless. My wife looks forward to making return visits to service as this dealership also has a nail salon?!? Thanks for the help!! We will be back!

From the moment I talked with Sara and came in to view my options with Vanessa this dealer treated me with kindness and respect. Nick made the process easy and effortless.
I always bring my car to this Mercedes for service. I recently had an issue with my car and because of my work schedule, I decided against my better judgment to take the car to Mercedes in Lynnfield. It took them 2 weeks to get me in and kept the car for over a week for them to tell me that there was no issue with the car. I obviously knew something was wrong because I drove the car everyday. I called the mercede of Burlington and spoke to Nick who asked a few questions and knew exactly where the issue was. I was able to get an appointment and a loaner within a couple of days. A few days later, my car was ready and went back to enjoying it again.
