This is one of my favourite stores. Things are very much in order and the prices are also white, decent. The size options are also quite available out here, which means they have a good amount of stocks always for everyone.

This store is organized and easy to shop at. Everything is neat and in its place making it a pleasurable shopping experience. The salon is staffed with excellent stylist with decades of experience perfect for any age group.

I'd like to thank Amy in beauty dept. for excellent customer service experience! She completely went above and beyond believed in her products recommended. She recommended a few steps I needed to take before deciding which was best for my skin type. Thank you Amy for being a loyal customer. See you soon.

Today I went to shop for my family. Karen in the men's Levi area was beyond amazing. She said she works in back of the store so kuddos to her for helping me. Mary the store manager was beyond great as well. Thank you ladies for helping me during a crazy Christmas store rush.

Yes, my name is Martha and I come all the way from De Soto Texas to get my hair done with Theresa in the Salon. I lI have been having her do my hair now for at least 15 years. I am very Satisfied with her work and She is very Friendly. I enjoy hearing her laugh. I will continue to make my way over here to see Theresa.

I would like to thank Theresa Flores for always taking care of me and doing my hair the way I ask! If I want to wear it down or up in a twist! She does miracles with my hair! I ordered so much jewelry in the last four months on JCPenney‘s great jewelry sells, and I am telling you each one came and it’s individual box with a red bow. Each one came all beautiful and shiny. Totally every single product was outstanding. Also, I had an engagement ring coming for myself that was supposed to be here by Christmas Eve, and UPS lost it, I notified UPS of course and then I notified Jacie pennies and they offered to replace my ring if it wasn’t found within two days, even though it wasn’t their fault, it was UPS’s. Thank God UPS Found my ring, and it was delivered today! Thank you JC pennies

My rating is based on my wife shopping here. She likes the clothes and deals. I like the coupons and sales. It's more than just clothes. I liked the family photos we got here for Christmas. Found the dish set were were looking at online elsewhere on sale here! Returns are easy and hassle free. Makes for a great shopping spree then after getting home realizing some items look better in the store you know you can take it back.

I enjoy shopping at this location - I've been greeted 8 different times by associates while shopping around. The selection of men's casual and formal items are plentif1ul and of good quality - I'm just walking around the store while my wife shops. No one is bothered while I just walk around and look at stuff throughout the store. I found three nice pullover shirts at a nice discounted price - score!!

When checking out, the two cashiers were pretty busy. The lines were long and things became busy quickly. The cashier called for backup ad two more cashiers and a manager appeared on scene to help - so cool. Very responsive :)

I had a fantastic experience at JCPenney in Fairview, especially thanks to Amy. She was incredibly helpful and kind, guiding us through the purchase of a SodaStream and a towel warmer. Amy even went the extra mile by providing samples of fragrances for our families and friends. Her exceptional customer service made our shopping experience truly enjoyable. I went to JcPenny to get my hair done by Theresa Flores. I have been her customer for 5+ years. She always does so amazing and treats me like family. I will continue to get my hair done by her and suggest her to everyone I know! She will hear your wants and get the job done!

My first time in here and really like the layout. I did some shopping before my hair appointment in the salon (my hair stylist just relocated here from JcPenney in Plano). Really cute clothes, everything is organized and they have a lot of variety in clothes.

Bought some jewelry from here there is an older black woman that works as a MOD in the fine jewelry department she is not friendly at all. Ive been in twice in the last couple of weeks and instantly feel unwanted when she looks at me...her whole Aurora is off
