Bob Tomes Ford is the best! I bought a new F-150 from them and I could not be happier! John Buscema is a rock star…he got me a phenomenal deal, treated me so well, was so kind, and took care of my every request (and I am extremely particular!). The sales manager (Jerry Myers) was a pleasure to work with and made the entire process a very enjoyable one. Many thanks to both of them for everything! I will never go anywhere but Bob Tomes Ford because of the staff, the world-class service, and how well they ensured I was happy with everything! Many thanks again!!!

These folks are great. I've bought 2 vehicles from Bob Tomes Ford in the last 18 months, both smooth and fair transactions. Philip in aftermarket helped me out with upgrading my F250 with ranchhand bumpers and he was spectacular to deal with and everything turned out great. I purchased a used Bronco Sport Badlands from Ameen Hekmat at this dealership. We had a very low pressure experience and found Ameen very knowledgible on the Bronco and especially the details of the Gold Certification. He stayed late on a Friday night to make sure our transaction was completed right.

Negotiations were super friendly and in the end, everyone was happy! I recommend you ask for Ameen in the used car building.

I recently got unlucky and had an unexpected car tire issue on the highway and luckily I was near this dealership, and as I arrived, Joey was outside and quickly gave me help. Although he was busy, Joey took the time to help me fix my tire promptly and efficiently. His expertise and willingness to assist made a stressful situation much more manageable. I was impressed not only by his technical skills but also by his friendly and caring demeanor. If this is the level of service they provide off the lot, I can only imagine the quality of care they offer when selling cars. Had the exact truck I was looking for but it had 5,000 miles on it. The salesman,Moe walked around the lot with me and we found the exact truck that was brand new. We ended up working a deal and got the new for less than the used one. They also stayed at the dealership until 9:30 to get the deal done with me! Very nice guys and not pushy at all. Kyle Gorham was a great sales professional. I purchased a ‘22 Jeep Gladiator from him. He was helpful and responsive to all of my questions leading up to my appointment. Kyle has experience as a technician as well, so he is more than just a salesman and can speak to the inner mechanics of the vehicles. 10/10 would recommend this dealership to anyone. Bridgett in sales was very easy to work with. I was looking for a hard to find truck and called to see what was is stock at Bob Tomes Ford. She quickly located two available trucks and set up an appointment the same afternoon.

When I arrived the exact model and color was waiting out front and ready to show. She arranged to have it detailed while I returned my rental car and met me at the rental car office to deliver the truck.

Great Service! I have had my 2010 Mustang routinely serviced at Bob Tomes since I bought it brand new at that location. I recently had some major work done on our car at the service center to bring it back to almost new again. I have to say we were extremely pleased with the work done, the efficiency of the repair center and in particular the customer is always right approach displayed by the service department employees we encountered. The Service Dept Manager John took great care of us and took the time to make my wife and I feel truly valued as repeat customers. We trust Bob Tomes Ford to always be careful and mindful of the work they recommend and perform for us on our Mustang (baby).

Geoff, the salesman, showed me an option they had just received. He was patient, and willing to work with me to make my wants feel heard.

Dominic and his team took good care of us in trading our vehicle! Great communication throughout the whole process and even after the process by connecting us with an insurance agent that took the hassle of shopping for the best low insurance policies! Never had a dealership take care of us after a transaction is complete. They even threw in a little present for our baby which means a lot.
