Elliott's Hardware

The first time I have been in this store. A trip to Elliot's is always a great experience. This is a very clean store with lots of friendly folks to help you. They really know their business. Selection is really good, with the "right stuff" for a hardware store. This store is outstanding for grilling and smokers. This is a good place to look for student school project items. They have drawers full of misc parts that a project might need. There is a limited stock of bagged garden soils, etc. They have the most extensive selection of canned spray paint colors I have seen in quite a while.

Victor was our salesman at Elliott’s and he absolutely amazing. This was our first time to the store and we were just wanting to get some information on the big green egg. I wasn’t even sure if we were buying one for sure, but after talking to him and all of his knowledge about the big green egg, we were sold. He also helped us pick out accessories that we would need and even said he would deliver it to us. I cannot say enough great things about this gentleman, but for the owner of Elliott’s I hope you know what an amazing employee you have with Victor. We will definitely be shopping at your store much more frequently now. Victor you rock and gained some new loyal customers.

Elliott's Hardware is not just a hardware store, it's my opinion it's more so a General Store from the past. I was amazed at the customer service. I was amazed that they actually had employees that were working and not on their cell phone:) I was amazed that every employee I came across gave me a feeling they were happy I was there, and treated me like I was a regular long time customer. I wholeheartedly give Elliott's Hardware 5 Stars.

I came in here looking for a replacement stem for a outdoor faucet and Robert went above and beyond his duties as an employee. He was very professional and extremely helpful. This is a 30 mile drive for me and I'll come back to this store because of the service I received today

Absolutely love this hardware store! Has that old town feel to it… And the customer service is second to none! They have an abundance of cabinet knobs and pulls, more than any other store I have seen. Kevin and Chris were beyond helpful with placing a special order. Highly recommend this place! Definitely worth the drive.

Victor, Mgr. at Elliotts Hardware in Fairview is wonderful to work with. No issue is too big or too small for him to help find a solutions for, or solve a problem. As a loyal customer, I will continue to go here and recommend others to do the same

Elliotts Hardware has a wide variety of items and selections of most everything. Even those hard to find items. Victor truly always makes this a wonderful experience each time you walk through the door.

Just got 6 bags of topsoil, Victor came out and loaded them for me without me asking. Super helpful, love this store for all my hardware needs.

Always helpful. I ways reluctant to visit but I was there with my wife. Surprisingly good. Above expectations for a mall hardware store.

We hadn't been to Elliott's Hardware In probably 2 years. We had forgotten what a wonderland it is for hardware and hardware trivia. An example were these obscure light bulbs. You won't get these at the big box stores. There were many other delightful items. My wife found a specialized garden hanger. It's just a fun place to go. And, the staff was excellent. Stop by. I think you'll enjoy it.

I went to the store. It was recommended from a automotive store because I was looking for a specific screw and they have these big variety of screws that worked

Went to Elliott' hardware yesterday with a friend. I needed little tiny screws. Robert was extremely helpful in helping me find the right size. He was very patient, professional, and welcoming. He even cut the screws to make sure it was exactly what I needed. I was really blown away by his professionalism. This experience would have never occurred at Home Depot! I will forever come to Elliott's first before going anywhere else!

Prices are a tad steep but they are a speciality hardware store. Good people who are eager to help. Too bad I can’t say the same for our new HEB 😢

I can't recommend Elliotts Hardware enough, especially if you're looking for knowledgeable staff and exceptional customer service. As a locally owned store, they really go the extra mile to take care of their customers.

Elliotts also stands behind the products they sell. I've never had an issue returning or exchanging an item I wasn't satisfied with. They back up what they sell, which gives me confidence shopping there.

Great help, fantastic delivery, and stellar service! Victor and Ken were awesome! They went out of their way to help direct me. Victor and Gabriel delivered my items even though it was late in the day. Great delivery, super helpful!!

Chris was very cordial and helpful! Mentioned that Elliotts was looking into offering veterans a military discount. I am a Marine veteran. I spoke with Victor regarding his job satisfaction. He mentioned that Chris does the following: coaches, teaches, corrects, makes sure customers and employees are taken care of. Both Chris and Victor are deep listeners! You will not find more helpful and knowledgeable staff then at Elliot’s hardware. It doesn't matter if your problem is big or small they can help you find the solution! Great selection of products and all the help you need! Also, if you need help with anything Stihl related or power tools in general, Tom is the Man! These guys are an incredible resource for our community.

I recently needed many gallons of paint to paint ceilings in a new house when our painter had an opening in his schedule. Everyone in the paint department and the manager at the Fairview location were extremely helpful in locating and procuring the paint from the Benjamin Moore distribution center so the project could move forward in one day. I highly recommend their paint department. I’m very happy with the paint too.

I visited today for the first time. I was in search of some chemicals to kill the weeds in my lawn. I got sidetracked as I entered because they offered a great key copying service and many keychain accessories. I have been meaning to get my two minor children keys to our new place but hadn’t found the right keys or keychains for them to be able to keep track of the keys easily. The gentleman at the register, Gabriel, was such a GREAT help! He walked me through the proper key selection and cut my keys in minutes. He answered my questions about the rewards program and got me signed up before I paid out. I had almost forgotten what I came in for but he asked if there was anything else that I needed. He was kind enough to then walk me through the store and talk me through which weed killer product would best suit my needs, as this is my first time ever needing to maintain a yard on my own. He got the chemicals down from the high shelf and told me to let him know if I would require any further assistance.
