Well, I didn't think buying a car could be a pleasant experience, but happy to report I'm wrong. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, thorough, and up-front about details. I highly recommend Billy Martin in particular. Will definitely recommend this place to others!

I had the absolute best buying experience here! Quinton Robinson was my salesman and he was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable on his vehicles. The finance team was very easy to deal with as well. Not once was I pressured to make any decisions. Overall it was the quickest and best buying experience I’ve ever had. Came in around 5:45pm and Wes Parker was right there outside happy to help me look for a new SUV for my family and I. He is really awesome guy, not to pushy and is very informative of any cars we asked him to take a look at that was within our budget. From my sales rep, Zach Strader, to my finance rep Oni, to sales manager Ron, to simple conversation with sales rep Robert, while Zach and Ron were ironing out the deal, I had a fantastic experience with the Honda McKinney team. Honestly, how much I didn’t hate being there was one of the main reasons I bought the oil change package for our 2024 Odyssey! Lastly, I rarely do reviews, but i was impressed enough to do this- quality folks!

Hugo Castellano and the Sales Manager were great and helped me so much. They got me in a new 2024 Civic Sport Hatchback. It’s the coolest car and affordable. I get lots of compliments on its color and features.

We purchased a 2024 Honda CRV Touring Hybrid last week. This was our 8th CRV purchased from Honda Cars of McKinney. Our salesman, Brad Shokler, has sold us 7 of the 8 CRVs. Since 2001 we have gone to them and the dealership/Brad provides us with kindness, care, and time during the purchase.
Before leaving the dealership Brad explains and instructs us with all the CRV technology, safety features, etc. and he won't let us leave until all the questions are answered and we are comfortable driving off the lot!
Our experience with the finance department, Billy Snopik, (he sold us our 1st CRV) has always been professional, considerate, knowledgeable and tailoring our purchase to exactly what we need!

Everyone we dealt with during the buying process was exceptional - our salesperson Bower, the sales manager and the customer service manager were awesome. Everyone worked hard to make the deal and get us what we wanted. One note - the business guy had zero personality. He wasn't rude but definitely not pleasant. Maybe it was because we were paying cash. Regardless a great experience and I highly recommend.

I usually shop for cars at Lute Riley. However, I haven’t been happy with the customer service there lately. So I woke up and drove to Honda Cars of McKinney. I went in to look at cars just wanted to browse. I wasn’t expecting to drive out with a new one. Until I met Michael Johnson aka MJ. He was great and truly made the car sales experience better. I enjoyed working with him and highly recommend him as a sales person. He is down to earth and a people person. What a great asset he is to the dealership! They have earned my business and I will be back.

Steven was very helpful throughout the whole experience. Very easy to talk to and at the beginning he listened to what we needed in our car and made sure we had it. Knowledgeable on the cars he was showing us and helped us ultimately choose the best car for our family needs.

They've been mine and my family's go-to for car services for years! Prices are comparable and often beat the prices of other shops. They have integrity. They have great service. And they know Hondas. I've attempted to take my car to other shops a couple of times only to regret it. Once, I ended up having to bring my Honda to Honda Cars of McKinney to fix errors from another shop.

Odessa helped me with my car services the last few times that I've brought my car in. He's great! He'll be my go-to service provider from here on out.
