I bought a 2020 Toyota 4 Runner from Pat Lobb Toyota. Justin helped me find the perfect car out of the huge selection on the lot. Justin was super friendly and I didn’t feel pressured into buying a car like I have with other salesmen. He helped me find a car that met my long list of requirements. I love my 4 runner so much and it’s a joy to drive!

I was in the market looking for a new Camry, and came here to check out the inventory & test drive. After comparing among other local dealers and I decided to go with Pat Lobb. Jon was my sales representative, he was responsive and knowledgeable. He made the buying process quick and easy, got the car within a couple of days.

It took two attempts but we were able to make it happen and drive home with a new 2024 Sequoia Platinum. Our sales person Frank Q. was great to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure our customer experience was top notch and he didn’t disappoint. Toyota of McKinney was transparent with us the entire process. Our family are happy campers and look forward to doing business again in the near future.

What a great experience. I had a used Honda unexpectedly die and we went to our local Honda dealership. Our experience working with their sales team was not great, so we gave Toyota a shot. Khaled "Kal" Fares was a reasonable, honest, methodical, and trustworthy salesperson from start to finish. They had just the car I wanted/needed in stock and we were able to work out the fundamentals of a deal quickly and efficiently. I'm very happy to say that Khaled as well as Braden, the "finance guy," were both extraordinarily helpful. We have bought our last 3 cars (including this new one) at Toyota of McKinney. That may not sound like much, but we got our first one 17 years ago. Toyotas are dependable. And the McKinney dealership has never felt pushy, which is why we return. I knew I wanted a Sienna even though they are hard to come by. No one tried to convince me to get something else just to get the sale. I was told it would likely take 3-4 months to find what I wanted, but got a surprise phone call with great news only a few weeks later! Everything went smoothly and I’m sure we will be back!
