Quincy was amazing to work with. Very thorough in explaining every detail of the car, has great customer service, and kept calm and collected every step of the transaction. Jason in financing definitely you can tell has done this a few years process was smooth and quick. I don’t really ever leave reviews but they deserve to be acknowledged for their quality of service.

I have purchased many new vehicles over the the last 40+ years and I have had good experiences and bad experiences. The new care sales team at your dealership has been, far and away, the most enjoyable to work with. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was considering 2 different brands of trucks and was working with several different dealerships in the process. While most were friendly and helpful, there were times when the process got competitive. I never felt that way at your dealership. It was always a collaborative effort to find me the best truck at a fair price. My salesman, Tee, and sales manager, Bobby, could not have been more helpful, patient and courteous throughout the entire process. They made me feel special and important. If I dropped by unannounced and they were busy with others, they went out of their way to try to accommodate me as well. They provided a wonderful customer service experience that is all too rare today. I truly feel that I have made a couple of new “friends” and I hope they feel the same way. I was torn between two trucks ( Sierra and Ram). I found myself leaning towards the Ram, but ultimately, it was the people and atmosphere of McKinney Buick GMC that convinced me to choose the Sierra. I am hoping the rest of my experience with your dealership can live up to that of your new car sales department. They have set a very high bar.

Although they had my truck for almost a month, it wasn’t their fault, had to wait on a back ordered transmission. Once they received it, very quick process. Mike kept me in the loop almost on a daily basis. Runs better than it ever has. So thankful and grateful for GMC McKinney. I was also told by my insurance guy, this is the best place in the Dallas area to get a transmission put in

I had a transmission issue when I was out in west to and the dealership there couldn’t get me in until June, so I called McKinney gmc and they got me in as soon as I got my truck back to McKinney. The valve body kits were on back order so they put a brand new transmission in for me in a very reasonable time. I was very satisfied with the service there.

Excellent service. Donna Zavala was incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout the process of purchasing my new truck. The fact that she was not "pressure selling" me and truly cared about my needs above a sale made me decide to purchase at this dealership. I will be back! Five stars to the dealer and five stars to Donna.

Had an excellent experience here with Derrick & Farrell. Very knowledgeable, professional, kind and accommodating. Got a fair starting offer for my trade. The sales manager made a point of introducing himself at the start of my visit and stopped by again at the end to see how he could earn my business. It was a great experience to purchase our new truck from McKinney Buick GMC. The whole process was pleasant, excellent customer service, they had a huge inventory, the place was neat and organized, and the most important part…. Their staff was awesome and they took a good care of us, specially our sales rep Tiwone “Tee” Henderson, he was very knowledgeable, nice and helpful.

Although I got home after Christmas to find that rodents had chewed through wiring on my car and being told I would receive a call from service rep from first call, I received the best attention and concern they could give me as I was not feeling well and Mike made everything happen as quickly as possible. We had Tee as a salesman he was perfect. He knew his facts about the car and was both fun and professional. We also dealt with Bobby who was more than helpful. The finance person Malcolm went above and beyond ti get the best possible APR. would buy again from here and suggest Tee if anyone asked.

I travel and end up getting maintenance done at quite a few Buick dealerships and this was hands down the best dealership experience I've had. They scheduled me same day through the app, didn't change the listed price on me when I went to pay (you wouldn't believe how many dealerships in the Midwest do this), did quality work, and got me in and out in an hour. Everyone was very kind and professional and just seemed happy to be there. I was sent an update my service text with a link to see where my vehicle was at in it's service, which was a first for me, and very appreciated. While it was busy, they had a good workflow. Overall, I was just very impressed with this location, and would definitely come here again when my Buick needs service!

We took our work truck in for a recall item. The service writer was very courteous and professional. He answered all our questions and called when the truck was ready just as he promised. McKinney Buick, GMC is a great place to have your vehicle serviced!

Hands down, “Tee” Henderson is fantastic! He’s not pushy or intimidating, he really listens and is kind and considerate. He certainly doesn’t have the normal “overbearing car salesman ego” that most do. Every single person we met in every department was super friendly, knowledgeable and great conversationalists. I wish all of my past vehicle buying experiences had been this pleasant, then maybe I wouldn’t have always DREADED entering a car dealership! I was fortunate enough to be able to purchase a beautiful Yukon Denali! This is my first GM product to own but it won’t be my last. If you are in the market to buy a vehicle, it would be well worth your time to try and deal with these folks. Kudos to everyone! Keep up the good work! 👍🏼
