Huge shout out to Valerie & Tami/Teri for helping me assemble some rather stubborn shoe holders. I spent over an hour at home with no success in putting one together, however, even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon, they helped me assemble all 5 of them. They both went above and beyond to assist me. They are both to be commended for truly caring about their customers. Thank you both again 😊😊

Very helpful staff. Reduction in prices noticeable. Balanced SKUs ensure that off-the- shelf (no pun intended) customization is indeed practical here.

Such a fun and neat place to visit and get ideas. It’s a bit pricey though.

The employees are so friendly and the customer service is second to none. Easily my favorite location by far. Far better selection and they get new stock in pretty quickly.

Always a friendly and helpful environment! Just finished getting having shelves installed in my laundry room with the help of Bailey and it turned out perfect! She listened to our needs and turned it into the the perfect solution! We will definitely be back when we are ready to do our closet!

Our experience here was excellent. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly employees. Especially happy with the closet designer we worked with. We gave her a hand drawn picture and tryed to explain what we would like the closet to do for us. When she was finished, she clearly understood our needs and created the closet we were looking for. Would definitely work with this designer again and as Container Stores go I found the staff somewhat more helpful and knowledgeable than other stores I have been in.

One of my favorite locations! Staff is always friendly and very helpful. Fully faced, stocked and very clean. Love it! Great time to find unique stocking stuffers and gift wrapping too!

If I could give this place 10 + stars I would!!! After having an installation of my closet from a previous store ( that was poorly planned/designed) they not only fixed my closet but made the whole process seamless. ALWAYS greeted with a smile and everyone I’ve encountered at this location has been nothing short of amazing - esp. Ryan and Bailey. Y’all rock!!

Very positive experience! I made a reservation (highly recommend making a reservation by phone or online for closet designer if you need their help) and met with Bailey. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and dedicated plenty of time to assist me with our entire design which included a few tweaks. Also liked that this store has their own audit system in place to have multiple employees review each others designs to ensure everything looks perfect. We sincerely appreciated all the extra steps taken so that we would be happy with our final design. We had elfa designed closets from the Container Store at two previous homes and simply put we can’t live without them. Our new home had the generic builders closet with so much wasted space. After about 1:30 with Bailey we now have dedicated his/her space with so much personalized function. Thank you Bailey! Your time and efforts are sincerely appreciated.

I walked into the store (with a newborn) having an idea of what I wanted and was laying out options when Laura approached me to help. She showed me another product solution that I liked better, which was good, but I had to start over with planning. She was great to help with measurements and configurations, and I appreciated this, considering I was trying to get in / out with a newborn. Much appreciated!

This particular store is the best. I had never been to the container store before and was sent here by a relative to pick up pages worth of items. Feeling overwhelmed and nervous, I asked Laura for help. She was AMAZING. Got me everything I needed and was in and out within 15 minutes! The cashier was very friendly as was the lady who helped me put it all in my car. They treated me like the president. I could not recommend this place any more!!!

Went here to pick up some containers for a work van. The staff greeted me with a smile and proceeded to help me find exactly what I needed. They also went above and beyond to show me different ideas to make sure I was satisfied with the product that I chose. Not only did they help me select the product but she also help me carry it out to the truck. Hands down the best shopping experience in a long time. Great job.

First time actually spending money here and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had in retail as a shopper. The salesman knew what he was talking about and was very helpful and kind all the way through. The cashier was also very kind too. The presentation in this store is honestly top notch and I can't to have another excuse to shop here.

Anyone who has a place for anything and everything they own, has love for this place! Yep, you know what I mean.

Anything and everything can be organized or put into a container of some sort and this place has what you need to do all of that.

The store is always organized and clean. Even if I don't need anything I love walking around this place, looking at interesting storage and organizing options and dream about what I could use it for.

They are the BEST Container Store in DFW area. Well kept, well managed, great staff and they always have what I need in stock.

I usually go to North Park location, but now I will always make the drive to Fairview for a great experience.

This is my favorite location to shop at because it’s clean and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Erika is so patient and helped me find an acrylic holder for half an hour and never got frustrated nor made me feel bad for badly describing the product.

I love this store. Everything I want for organizing my home is under one roof here. The quality of products is a clear cut above Target, WalMart, or Home Depot, the selection is much better, and the staff is very attentive and professional.

We just bought a smaller camper than our previous one and needed containers for better storage. We brought our camper to the store and went in and out of the store 4 times (buying new containers and returning the ones that didn't fit) . The whole time we were there the associate were helpful and courteous, despite all the help we needed they kept a smile.
