I am in love with my new 2024 VW Atlas SEL!! Keagan was the absolute best, he was very friendly & knowledgeable! He was never pushy and helped me find the exact vehicle and color I wanted. He even drove all the way to San Antonio to pick up my new ride and then he delivered it to me in Oklahoma! This was by far the best vehicle purchase experience we’ve ever had! If you’re looking for a new ride I highly recommend an Atlas and HIGHLY recommend Keagan!!!

We had a great experience dealing with Brandon Tomes Volkswagen of McKinney. Our Salesman, Josh Johnson was awesome working with us. He was very patient because we were set up original to look at a specific used model Vechile but between my wife, myself and daughter we all could not decide on a color from so many to choose from. We decided on a newer model instead which Josh had suggested due to the current offer. In the end, there was no hassle or pressure to buy a certain model, he took his time and showed us a total 5 different models of car. What a saint and enjoyed this buying experience also we enjoyed working with Carlos B. In the accounting dept. to set up payment that fit our needs as well. 5 Stars all the way the around, thanks to Josh Johnson taking care of his from the word go from setting up a time we could meet to letting us test drive and then working with us on options and current incentives. My wife and I come here for our basic maintenance needs as well as any issues we have with our vehicle. The team here is always professional, prompt, and communicate well. I had a unique service situation that - through no fault of the service department- took three and a half months to complete. Throughout the entire process, Shane Potts went above and beyond to fix the issue. Between dealing with the service contract company and coordinating with another service department, I know this particular job was a headache. Throughout that time he was communicative, professional, and empathetic. The diligence and customer service he showed me are second to none. I am very grateful that he was the person handling my repair.

I was contacted regarding my recent updated review and upon this conversation, I realized what proper customer service means to this group. I lowered my rating from a 5 to a 3 due to a lack of communication. The call I received today was redeeming because I had the opportunity to explain what took place over the course of numerous visits to the dealership. Had it not been for this call and the opportunity to work with Jeff in the service department, I would have kept my review the same. It’s incredible what a follow-up can do to save a relationship.
