Huge selection items to support the more popular Texas teams! Great place to shop! Service was great.

This place is the perfect location to find any kind of Souvenirs or Texas related Merchandise. I had been searching for days to try and get a hold of a Texas post card and they were no where to be found! Gas stations and grocery stores don’t carry them but Rally House sure does! The staff is super friendly and the location is very convenient.

This Rally House always have the stuff I’m looking for when others don’t, service is always awesome with being welcomed in as I walk in as first thing and offering help in advance if I need anything down from top stock that’s out of reach. As well they even ask “if there’s something specific you want or can’t find here, we could always order it for you and get it delivered to your door or our store then we’ll contact you when it’s in. Mr. Justin store manager I think you SHOULD give your employees a great raise for being awesome and welcoming every customer that comes in and offers help in advance for anything. Keep up the great work guys and keep welcoming back the customers as they walk out the store.

They have EVERYTHING! Found my #21 Robertson Dallas Stars sweater that I'd been searching everywhere for but only found Benn or Seguin or just generic team jersey. Not a bad price either considering I thought I would surely have to order it and wait for it to be made and sent. But there it was hanging up, all sizes and probably had the whole Stars roster but only interested in Robertson (which is my last name AND I wore green #21 in junior high football so I had to have it. Love this place.

What a great place to share your school spirit! I visited to get a gift for my granddaughter who just accepted an offer from The University of Arkansas. The selection resulted in a long visit trying to narrow my choices, while leaving some items for others interested in the same school - ha! Seriously, I got not only the gift I went for but I also found a perfect gift for her dad and her mom while also getting something showing my own school spirit…go OSU!!

Invited to a Dallas Stars game so needed the appropriate apparel to show support for the team. Had been looking online but not finding anything that looked decent at an acceptable price. My wife suggested Rally House, after visiting a nearby big box sports place, and it was amazing. When I first walked in I felt a little overwhelmed by the quantity of merchandise they pack into a small store but that quickly changed to delight at finding several items that I liked and could choose from. The wife got a super soft hooded sweat shirt and my choice was a collared pullover that was office appropriate for those occasions I want to wear it outside of the game.
All in all, we spent 10 minutes picking what we came for and another 20 just browsing all of the assorted other local and state teams and the many fun clothes and trinkets. It was a great experience. The funny item to mention was the full table of Whataburger apparel in the middle. Being from Texas all of my life, it was a fun addition to browse through.
We will be back for more...

I went to Rally House a couple days ago looking for Arkansas Merchandise. While there, two workers, Austin and Sarah, helped me the whole way and made sure I was able to find everything I needed. I don't ever write reviews on businesses but the amazing service I received forced me to. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend asking for Austin and Sarah when you go.

My son received a hat for his birthday and it was non adjustable. Of course, it did not fit and the box did not come with a packing slip. Anthony was so impressively helpful and said do not worry we will make this work. So we were able to resolve the problem. I left as an extremely happy customer! Thanks Anthony, your customer service was remarkable!

My wife and I visited the store today and enjoyed it very much. The choices and options available for different teams is impressive and we liked the greeting we got from Tracy and Anthony when we first went inside. I wanted to look at LSU stuff and my wife wanted to look at Dallas Maverick shirts.They both helped us find different things and their help was appreciated...fun shopping experience too!

Super easy exchange and additional purchase of a Bowl Game shirt. Very friendly and helpful staff!!!! All were very young and outgoing in addition to working hard. Thanks!

Rally House is amazing. It's not just another sporting goods store. Really. What makes it great are the staff. Sometimes I can be very indecisive, which is understandably annoying, but when someone like Ethan goes out of his way to help, and is patient and cheerful in the process, it really stands out. And then when I went back to tell the manager about my experience, but Ethan had the day off and I didn't remember his name, so I tried and failed miserably to describe him, Coral was just as cordial. Two awesome experiences can't be wrong.

For over a year I have searched for the Columbia 1/4 zip black "Shotgun" jacket in an Adult Small with his Dad & Granddad's college logo. I've even followed up by checking out Columbia's website...no such luck! I resorted to purchasing a blank-chested jacket in white in an Adult Small hoping to get the permission from the University to have it embroidered.
After many months & multiple orderings & re-orderings with all of the accompanying returns to figure out the appropriate size I heard from Columbia that they had finally produced an Adult SMALL in BLACK so I ordered it & returned a white one purchased at the Rally House to the store.
Our oldest granddaughter became enamored with the jacket but wanted it in the dark gray...no college icon needed! So once again...ordering a size, returning & reordering again from the manufacturer! Meanwhile I checked in with the store...Rally House on numerous occasions and each time they reassured me that they didn't have one while being so nice about it all. I let a couple of months pass & by this time our "Tax-free" school shopping weekend was upon us when I paid the Rally House another visit. The young lady asked if she could help me as I browsed through the UNT section so I decided to half-heartedly ask if perhaps by any stroke of luck had a Columbia 1/4 zip Shotgun jacket in an Adult Small in black been shipped to their store. My hopes were raised when she seemed to think that they MIGHT just possibly have one in the stock that had just come in!!! She went to the stockroom to check, returned after about 10 minutes with a black jacket in her hands & told me that it was an Adult Small. She then opened it up for me to see it & asked,"Is this it?" My mouth dropped open & at the same moment I actually yelled out, "YES!" I could have grabbed her, hugged her & kissed her all at once while
immediately grabbing the jacket!!!
Everyone in the store witnessing this just clapped & hooped 'n hollered for me after hearing from the store employees about my persistence in checking for this jacket for so long! If only you can imagine... I have been trying to give my grandson this jacket since before last Christmas when his Dad & Granddad received their's...then for the following March for his 12th birthday...then as an at the end of a successful school year present & all to no avail... until the beginning of this August's Tax-Free Weekend!!
We presented it to him wrapped up as a very delayed birthday gift on August 20th, stemming from March, 2022. He and his Dad were jumping & yelling for joy!
So this coming football season my 3 guys will be attending games as season ticket holders proudly wearing their black Columbia 1/4 zip Shotgun jackets with the University of North Texas Screaming Eagle.

Rhea and Kira are the BEST! I was searching for Stars gear for a friend and they were right in the trecheswith me. They were patient, kind and sooo sweet! This was my first visit and I am sooo pleased. Thanks to their manager Justin for allowing them to give me personal customer service!

Went in to this store to buy a special gift for my customer who is a huge Dallas Star fan. Sara and Justin was so helpful with ideas for me. We found her the perfect gift then Justin went over and beyond by putting together her gift bag. It was perfect! Because of the over the top customer service, I will say you now have a customer for life!

One of the managers, Karsen, made my shopping experience here so pleasurable. She went above and beyond to make sure my trip to Rallyhouse was as good as possible. She helped me find everything I needed. If you happen to take a trip to Rallyhouse make sure to ask for the sweet girl Karsen.

The Fairview Rally House is the best! They have everything you can think of for your favorite team, plus they have the nicest employees that go above and beyond to make sure you find exactly what you're looking for. Sarah and Anthony are just all around nice people who care about their customers. I highly recommend the Fairview Rally House for your sportswear needs!
