Macy's

It was a Saturday night when I was on my way to the Shops in Allen. It's a place I rarely go to and seems different while coming out at night, I wasn't to sure what exit to take. But then I noticed a Dillard's before exiting and explored the area. I was going to go there at first, but noticed Macy's! No disrespect to Dillard's, but I guess I'm a Macy's person. But this Macy's is a unique store; not part of a mall, single level, huge, and they close at 9pm! The employees here are very nice and willing to help. I really like this location, and the area. Next time I come out this way, I'll be sure to come before the sun goes down.

I love this store. I can always find something on sale. The people working there are friendly and helpful. I bought a dress and pair of shoes for less than $50.00 and I got several compliments on my outfit where we went. This is definitely my go-to store for clothes and great deals.

I honestly really loved this Macy's compared to ones at the malls. It felt way more put together and the staff was very nice and the dressing rooms were beautiful

I was at Macy's this morning (12/24/23) to buy Lancomé. I must say kudos to the sales person who patiently waited on a "wanna be" customer who wanted a price check on almost every Lancomé product at the counter. (If one has to knit-pick on Lancomé 's prices, one should go buy a Wal Mart brand!). This lady held up the line for about 15 minutes. Finally, the sales clerk from the adjacent cologne counter called me and others over to check us out.

Location is easy to find and get to. The associates are friendly and helpful. The selection is pretty great.

Always a great deal at Macys! Quick in and out, the way men like shopping!

Found a great deal on a Columbia jacket. 40% off! Customer service was excellent!

Have gone here twice now for a dress for someone and they have found the "perfect dress" twice and they always seem to have good prices for dresses.

The dresses were for school dances.

Its been ages since I've been to any dept. store at a mall... Every staff person here was smiling, helpful, and above all friendly..Prices were cheep...As well , one came out with some new duds...Thanks again, Macy's......loved it....

Suzan in the jewelry department helped me by sizing my finger and helping me get the correct ring size (we had ordered a ring online that was too big). She went above and beyond to avoid me from having to wait 1-2 weeks for the new ring . She was very informative about the WorryNoMore plan, and I plan on returning soon to get the process going. Before we left Suzan gifted us 2 of her roses to my daughter and I, overall we loved her so much, very thoughtful and I hope I see her again on my next visit to this location☺

I have been here 3x recently. It has truly been an excellent experience and I love the abundant choices for clothes and shoes!!

I went in this past Tuesday evening (6/28) and was greeted by Magda. She helped my navigate (nice chit chat along the way) the men’s section, answering all of my questions. She also educated me on the benefits of opening a Macy’s card, I signed up for. It was a pleasurable shopping experience!
