Had a wonderful experience with Alex Clenney as well as the new car sales director, the finance director, and others at Nissan of McKinney! This was our first time purchasing at this dealership and would highly recommend it to anyone. They were genuine, friendly, honest, had good inventory, and worked so hard to get our daughter exactly what she wanted. I was pleasantly surprised I came only to test drive the Rogue I fell in love with it. I had no intention of buy the same visit but I had a wonderful experience dealing with Tim Johnson he was everything I could ask for in a salesperson. He was extremely knowledgeable of the car ,he listened to my needs of what I wanted in the car,he was polite not pushy he met me on price and I drove away with this beauty. I had a great buying experience with salesperson ,Keleigh Axelrod, and pre-owned vehicle manager, Zac. They were both very helpful, polite, professional and accommodating. I had a very smooth negotiation process where I feel I received a very honest trade-in and buying offer.

Also, the 2020 model car that I bought was spotless with very low miles. It looks like it came off the new car lot! I'm 1 week out with the car and I still love it!

This was the best car buying experience, I’m a first time buyer and everyone helped to make the process as smooth as possible, working with Nadine and Jeneva, they were completely respectful about my budget and ensuring that I got the car that I wanted without having to settle for a price I wasn’t comfortable with. Going through finance was the same, I thought the price was going to go up but Aaron helped to get the coverage I needed and explained everything throughout the process. There was a little mixed at the end but there was a man who helped catch it, I wasn’t able to get his name but he quickly handled the issue with no problem and got everything put inside the car for me. Overall my experience here was extremely amazing, I’m very grateful for the team I had that day and recommend any first time buyer or anyone to come see them first before buying a car from anyone else.

Update 6 days after purchase—

All I wrote above is true but I noticed a commercial that advertised Trophy Nissan in Dallas was offering $13,000 off of a 2023 Nissan Rogue! Ugh!!

The team at Nissan of McKinney were extremely nice and helpful. We told them exactly what we were looking for and they were able to provide it. They were not pushy and did not try to get us to buy or add on things we were not looking for. Our car salesman, Alex, was down to earth and answered all of our questions and provided us with the exact vehicle we were looking for. The entire process was fast and easy. We have never had a smoother, easier, friendlier car buying experience before. They have a customer that will be returning for future car purchases. They made us feel like a part of the Nissan Family.

I came into Nissan wanting to look at the pathfinders. Niko, Collin, and Joshua took great care of me and explained my options clearly and respectfully. Nathan (I believe that’s his name) that went over my financial part was very informative of what was included and what would help me out the best! This is my first time buying a Nissan look round becoming lost my old car in car crash and went to few places look at Nissan I couldn’t find none still took the drive to. McKinney at this dealership. Was look round the sale guy MUNTY stop me ask what was I looking for? Today tell him look for my frist Nissan car he show me this one in the picture I like it so much at first, I wasn’t gonna buy it because it was so much for the car and everything then Munty did his best to give me this car for the best car payment and lower the car price to this my 3 time buy a car been thought dealerships before lot them try push me to get new car not a use a car but munty made me feel appreciate happy was so helpful never had someone like munty try so hard make his customers happy make sure everything ready for u drive off with no problem with car or anything. I had an awesome experience at Mckinney Nissan. I had a scheduled appointment today to have my oil changed.

When I pulled up, I was greeted by a service person. My Service Advisor - Stanton Stone took my keys and noted the mileage. He offered for my car to be washed. I said if it was going to take a long time, I would rather not. He said it should not take long. So I agreed to the car wash.

The team serviced my car in good time and washed the car as well.

The team was phenomenal, the inside of my car as well as the outside was amazing - as if it had been detailed. The best experience! Thank you Nissan and Stanton and the detail team. I would definitely recommend this location to others for service.

I just bought a 2020 certified Nissan Armada fully loaded. My sales person and the manager was awesome. I had bad credit and the worked with me to get it done. No games? No going back in forth. I was pre-approved and they was willing to go with that bank but got me a better deal with the same bank. They detailed the car filled it up with gas. An hour and I was out. The wait was for the detail. Nadine was my sales person and Jeana was the sales manager. They truly provided great customer service. It was such a good experience my mom that needs a car I'm bringing her there next week. If you need a car good credit or bad go see them at Nissan of Mckinney

It started with an email verifying the appointment and assigning Joseph Garcia as the service advisor. He set me up for the requested oil change and tire rotation very quickly. The waiting area was comfortable, well appointed and quiet. The service was accomplished in about an hour and I didn't have to do it on the cold floor of my garage. Check out and pay up was very quick, efficient and everyone was very courteous.

We had a wonderful experience! We went in thinking we were just looking, but they were able to get the price down on the Nissan Rogue we were interested in to a price we were happy with They gave us a decent trade in on my old car. They were kind and courteous. We were extremely happy with the service and look forward to driving our new car.

I worked with Gabriel and he was not only a very nice person, but very professional and help me with all the details and took the time necessary to make me feel good about everything I asked about. The dealership in general seemed like a really good place and very nice people. I am satisfied with my purchase and I suppose we will see overtime if the car holds up but the experience was real nice.

I have been shopping for a vehicle for a while and drove to this location, as I arrived at the dealership greeted by salesperson Josh, showed me the car I wanted, we drove it around, he explained about the pathfinder I decided to get the car. Ethan the other guy (the used car department ) made the process easier and faster. Both are very personable and knowledgeable .Also at the finance department I met another great guy the business manager David greeted us explain everything.

My service Tech Sarena was amazing,

It was my first time there and she noticed that the scheduling rep had put my car as a 370z instead of G37s when I scheduled the appointment. So, she went and fixed that, she made sure my car was taken to right garaged since it’s lowered. She kept communicating with me to make sure I knew what’s going on and asking if I had any Questions. She didn’t just check on me, she made sure to do her rounds checking on all of her clients. That’s something I don’t get to see often when I go to dealerships. I’m Thankful.
