This is a pharmacy that actually cares about people. They always make an effort to fill my RX quickly and answer any questions I might have. The techs have a really positive attitude and always go above and beyond!

The pharmacy staff at this location was an absolute blessing! My little one needed antibiotics, and this was the only store within 30 miles that ACTUALLY had it. I called 5 different pharmacies, all of them were backordered, and wouldn’t receive another shipment for at least 5 days!! I called the store, brought over my prescription and within an hour it was ready. Best customer service I’ve ever received at a pharmacy. Thank you all so much!!

Jack the Pharmacist was out of this world. Don't usually leave reviews but he was just so helpful and took care of everything.

Great store atmosphere. I always get what I need and if I have issues I just talk to Store Manager Shawn Todd, he’s so knowledgeable and provides exquisite options. Thanks Walgreens!

I drive the extra distance to come to this specific Walgreens.

We have someone in the family that needs a medication that can come in several generic brands that are not therapeutically equivalent. I could not convince the Walgreens on Stacy and Custer that it is important to get the correct brand.

When I found this pharmacy it was such a relief. They order in the correct brand and they let me look at the pills before buying every time. Things have gone so smoothly since coming here. If you've had a hard time at other pharmacies, come here: they will treat you better.

This Walgreens Pharmacy led by Jack is the best in the area.
Jack is very empathetic, very customer oriented and is a great asset to your company. The entire team is very efficient and it’s just a nice place which always takes care of my family needs.

No pharmacy is perfect, but this one comes close. Every pharmacy makes mistakes eventually, including this one. What sets this Walgreens pharmacy apart is their commitment to professionalism, respect, and concern for their customers. I will drive the extra 15 minutes past several other pharmacies in order to be treated like a human being at this Walgreens pharmacy every time.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Walgreens location! Their Pharmacist Jack J is the kindest and most helpful person I've ever met. Everyone in the store is always helpful and friendly. I loved Walgreens before... but this store takes service to a whole new level!

More often than not I find myself frustrated with Walgreens pharmacies. The prescription I picked up today I had actually transferred Walgreens because I was frustrated with the one by my office. They are never busy but somehow my prescription is never ready on time. Typically the people at the window are very dry and upset at the world. However, every time I come to this Allen location my prescriptions are filled earlier than expected, and the customer service is superb. Today I called in my prescription and spoke with someone on the phone who had me laughing on the phone by then end of call. The when I picked up my prescriptions the young man who checked me out had the kind of demeanor that made it hard not to be happy. I just wanted to let you know that those kind of things don’t go unnoticed :)

The resident pharmacist is a gem. Two ladies stopped by they were so glad he was on duty. He's like a dad or your favorite neighbor. Do they make those?Short on sleep and making and cancelling dr's appts I misplaced my vaxx passport. He was good about it though. His patience is truly appreciated. The tech was terminally grouchy though not the young asian lady she was nice the middle aged Latina with the gray edges. Please get her a Snickers 😂

Husband and I went into the pharmacy for our flu shots. Excellent service and the pharmacist (gentleman) that gave us the shots was awesome! Highly recommend coming here if you need a flu shot or prescription filled.

I love it when someone writes a rude review, speaking about people like they are nothing(80 year olds!) and then says I’m not trying to be mean! Really then why would you write something so horrible about an 80 yr old cashier! How would you like it if someone spoke about your mother or grandmother like that? If you spoke about my grandma like that I would find you, and you would regret it. Take it for what it is! Shame on you!!

All the staff are Personable, Professional, Prompt, & Productive. The head pharmacist is outstanding, and so is the lady who custom painted her phone case with nail polish (not at work), and she also happens to be, effortlessly beautiful!

I just had a flu shot here and wanted to say how extremely kind and pleasant the pharmacist was! I wish I caught his name. Thank you for being so sweet!

This Walgreens feels like a small town pharmacy. The staff is friendly, the pharmacists know you by sight, and they are always fast and helpful.
