I saw Finn (and occasionally Emily) for rehab for my ACL replacement surgery. He very quickly made me feel comfortable. Finn was reassuring throughout the process; he also pushed me when I needed it. Throughout my recovery process, I left Steamboat for a couple months at a time. Finn worked with me through email and was quick to respond to my questions and offer up new excerises so that I could continue my rehab remotely. Finn and Emily made sure they were helping me get back to the level of activity that I wanted to be at (hiking, biking, skiing). I felt well taken care of by both of them!

Thankfully I found Finn prior to my month long stay in Steamboat. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and extremely encouraging. He gave me the confidence to go back to tennis much earlier than I thought was possible. I have an ACL tear and 2 meniscus tears and never had surgery. He was so creative in using different exercises to help me with tennis. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to work with him. He was amazing. Too bad he can’t help me with my backhand. Haha. Thanks a lot Finn. You rock !!!!

On Monday, August 13, 2018 I had a full knee replacement on my right knee. I went to Four Points Physical Therapy on Thursday, August 16, 2018. That day Finn asked me what my goals where as I worked through PT and what my big final goals were. I told him what my small and big goals (Big Goals: Back to BodyPump at the gym by November and to be snowboarding by December). Each week we would work on my small goals, Finn was patient but strong with me through my therapy he always pushed me even when I thought I couldn’t do something he knew I had the strength to do the move and told me I could do it. He was compassionate when I was sore from certain exercises and he would tweak my exercise so I was still getting some work but not overdoing it. Between Finn and Emily they always made an appointment work around my schedule, so that I never missed PT. I reached my goals and then some with Four Points Physical Therapy. October 16th I was back to BodyPump and November 23rd I was back on my snowboard stronger and better. Thank you Finn and Emily Four Points Physical Therapy

I've seen Finn Gerstell (Four Points PT owner and practitioner) for numerous injuries and mobility issues over the last 10 years. These visits have covered occasional bouts of severe lower back pain, shoulder impingements, and a strange recurring calf issue (which he expertly diagnosed, correctly, as chronic exertional compartment syndrome). On several occasions in the last decade, debilitating lower back pain has become 80% better within a few days of seeing Finn and doing 15-20 minutes of exercises for a few days. And 100% better a week or two later! Finn's focus is on getting you MOVING again, which he's convinced me is the key to getting past almost all of these injuries and limitations. He has even helped me get stronger in the gym with more proactive functional movement testing.

On several occasions, I've also seen PTs he works with, who have also helped me (sometimes with his guidance).

Finn wants to work with people who want to get better, including athletes and post-op patients. He stays current with education and new science, and has a no BS type of approach. Don't go to him if you just want your back cracked or a massage. Go to him if you want to feel better!

No false claims, no gimmicks, just good service. That is what Finn Gerstell will provide for you. He'll get you back on your feet in no time with a genuine, no nonsense approach towards his clients. Being a professional athlete in ski racing and XC mountain biking recovering from a ACL reconstruction, I needed a PT that was going to push me and give me proper advice. Everyday at PT, I'd hit Finn with a barrage of questions and if he knew the answer, he'd tell me. If not, he'd provide me with the information I needed to find the answer. In a world where every treatment and product is billed as "the next new thing," let Finn be your guide in recovery so you can avoid the bulls**t and get back on your feet ASAP!! Oh and he's a pretty cool guy too who has good taste in gelato ;)

Highly recommend Spine and Sports for physical therapy, I am working with both Emily and Stephanie on a shattered elbow and they are both great. Very thorough and caring with the work and explaining the limitations as well as pushing when I need to be pushed. They also truly care about their patients and it shows. Thanks ladies!

After completing excellent therapy in house Finn gave me several home stretches that have kept me out of back trouble for years. If I need therapy again I know where to go!
