High Country Dentistry

This place is awesome! I needed help with a tooth just before my wedding day 7 years ago and Dr. Bishop was the man to do so! I’ve been coming back ever since. Diane greets me and helps me with all my goofy questions. And I have to give a shout out to my hygienist Gina, she’s very cool! I just love how they all make me feel so comfortable. Thank you!

I was on the hunt for a new dentist after moving to Steamboat. After reading the reviews for High Country Dentistry, I figured I would give it a try and I was not disappointed. Gina was GREAT - personable, funny, and kind and I felt like she did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Bishop was also very polite and professional. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Had an emergency on a Friday. Office worked to get me in. Staff was warm and helpful. Hygienist was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Then Doc came in... friendly, took time to investigate problem. Gave me options and let me choose. Affirming and gentle. Procedure was relatively pain free because he made sure it was. If I lived here this would be my dentist!! Thanks again!

I do not have the crown yet but I am very happy with the outcome of bottom front tooth. To me it looks so much better and healthier. I was told previously that it was just bone loss and I appreciate your fixing the issue. While I still do not like having dental work, this was a pretty good experience and ok pain and gag-wise. Thanks.

Dr. Aaron has a great chair-side manner. Very communicative on what he was doing and about the progress of the procedure. Great touch too!

Had a deep cleaning by two different hygienist. Karla was very nice, professional, and did a great job for my first session. For the second Kendra cleaned my teeth and she was absolutely amazing. She also did my follow up cleaning three months later and I plan to continue to seeing her because she’s kind, thoughtful, and extremely thorough. High Country Dentist and our community are very lucky to have them on staff!

Update: Met Dr.Bishop today and received 2 fillings. Dr. Bishop is kind and makes you feel comfortable, and procedure went wonderfully.

Our 4 year old had her first appt, and they could not have done a better job of making her feel comfortable, fielding all of her questions and putting her at ease with such a new experience. Dr Bishop is the best DDS in Steamboat in my opinion. Our whole family has been going there for at least 10 years. Had a crown done yesterday and while it wasn't fun, Dr Bishop & TC made it a pleasant as possible + worked very efficiently. Most importantly, it looks and feels great. Kudos to the whole staff at High Country - thanks for truly caring about my teeth 😁

As always, I received the best, most professional (and totally pain-free...) teeth cleaning when I went back for my very first dental appointment following my total knee replacement surgery in July.
