Had a great time dining here for 3 out of my 5 nights while in Steamboat. I only intended to go there one night for dinner but the food and staff were too good to pass up! Ashley in particular was the one who took care of me from behind the bar each night and was extremely friendly and welcoming. She took the time to talk to me and get to know me as well as was always checking in on me or even simply making the effort to acknowledge me when she passed by. All of the other employees were great as well! Even though I was being served by Ashley other bartends and severs asked me how I was doing when they came behind the bar.

The food and drinks were also some of the best I’ve had in Steamboat as well and are definitely worth the price for the quality and amazing presentation. During my three visits there I had the Scallops, Scottish Salmon, and Halibut and while all were 5 star meals the salmon was definitely my favorite as it’s my favorite type of fish. I originally intended to visit a different restaurant with my family on the last night of the trip but when Ashley mentioned the Halibut to me after remembering I had seafood the previous 2 visits I couldn’t pass up the recommendation.

By far our favorite dining experience in Steamboat. Delicious food, vegetarian friendly options, fun cocktails, and amazing dessert! The key lime tart, truffle fries, gnocchi, corn fritter, and beets were standouts! Also excellent service.

The bartender, Cole, was awesome! He was on the spot with drink refills and shared great recommendations on food. I definitely recommend the Waygu burger with bacon jam!

Warm & wonderful Apres Ski happy hour! What made it so spectacular was the view from the outdoor seating next to the long fire pit. Be certain to ask for Brooke as she is the bomb in terms of a server! Everything was delicious…be sure to try the truffle fries, bbq, tomato soup as well as the cocktails and beers! Staff is sooooooo much fun! So attentive too! We will be certain to return! One of the afternoon highlights at Steamboat Springs!

We ate here for dinner on their reopening night for the summer while visiting Steamboat on vacation. Due to some passing showers, we unfortunately had to sit inside, but were seated at a table adjacent to the bar area. We enjoyed a few of the house cocktails, especially the High Rise, Alpenglow, and Summer’s Over. For food, my wife and I shared the bison carpaccio, elote, bacon wrapped dates, and octopus. All were great, and provided enough food without having to delve into the pricier main dishes. The service was great, and offered an upscale feel without feeling pretentious.

Inviting atmosphere at the base of the ski lift. They didn’t have the elk so I went with the beef short rib and was not disappointed. Highly recommend the pork belly appetizer, the bacon wrapped dates were also enjoyable

Amazing! So much good food and so little stomach capacity! Definitely let yourself go for this place - the ahi crudo, the seared foie gras...maybe even the bison carpaccio?! All delicious and a side of amazing service. You might have to take a later table to get in, but it's definitely worth it. The cocktails were great too - enjoy a few while you wait for a table. Next time I'm in town, I'm soooo coming back!

The food here was truly fantastic. I was impressed with everything, from the drinks to the elk to the desserts. It's also nice that this place is really quite high quality but they'll let you in with jeans and t-shirt on (though I wish I'd dressed up a little.)

Where do I start? The manager, Scott, was extremely personable and remembered details from my conversation with him when I made the reservation. He obviously cares about the customers’ experience and was professional and courteous. Our sommelier, Mike, had great recommendations and we wound up with a great choice thanks to his help. Now the food, their menu is eclectic while also keeping an authentic regional feel. The portions were filling and so delicious that you will not stop eating after reaching capacity. I had the elk, which was the first time I’ve tried it, with Mike’s recommendation. He was spot on in describing the dish and I am still days later thinking about that meal. This was the best dining experience I’ve had, full stop. I highly recommend this place.

We came in for a quick lunch after a full morning of skiing and were delightfully surprised not only by the value, but the quality! The truffle fries beat what we have in Paris! Jess served us with such enthusiasm and how well she took care of us. She really made our experience here outstanding! We can’t wait to come back for the very impressive dinner options.

Cole was our bartender and was really, really awesome. Apres ski from 2-4 is also super legit if you’re balling on a budget and you can find both food and drinks that are delicious and affordable. Coming back for sure!

Truffle pig was hands down the best restaurant we went to in Steamboat, from the food and drinks to the amazing staff, I definitely recommend!

The first night we spilt the charcuterie board which was not only delicious but very generously portioned. My partner had the pork chop which was perfectly cooked, mashed potatoes were Devine! I had the mushroom ravioli, the cream sauce was silky yet rich and you could really taste the wild mushrooms. We split the key lime tart for dessert and it was off the charts, tastes just as amazing as it looks! We sat at the bar and Cassidy took such good care of us, he even remembered my drink of choice the next time we came in! Don’t miss out on The Highlander, they smoke the glass right in front of you and the process is so much fun to watch!

The next day we went for a late lunch after a fantastic day on the Mountian. We both had their burger and it was unbelievable; juicy, flavorful, cooked to a perfect medium rare and came with the signature truffle fries. Lunch did not disappoint!

Love how the staff make you feel at home, it’s fine dining without the fuss. You can come in fresh off the Mountian and no one bats an eye, the cocktails are made with such care watching the mixologists do their magic is a treat! Truffle pig is a must and we’ll be back next season!

This was our 4th time dining at Truffle Pig. As always, the food was amazing! The service was spectacular! The cocktail selection was unimaginable! We were fortunate enough to meet Scott, the owner, and Mark, the manager, who were both the most gracious and friendly people. It's obvious that they both love what they do. My family and I can't wait to go back as well as try their second restaurant in downtown (Carl's Tavern).

This is our go to dinner spot when we’re at the mountain. They have great cocktails and an extensive wine list plus the food is top notch. We love sitting at the bar because the bartenders are so friendly and awesome mixologists, especially Cole!

Had an amazing time at Truffle Pig when I was visiting Steamboat. Cassidy took really great care of me at the bar and always made sure my glass was full and the service was impeccable! And he makes a mean smoked old-fashioned!

Started at the bar, and they made a perfect Paper Plane cocktail for me, and reasonable price for a HCOL place like Steamboat. The meal was delicious and huge serving. Would definitely go back.

Truffle Pig was by far the best restaurant we've been to! It has a perfect location right at the base of the mountain and an awesome happy hour.

The extensive drink menu is intriguing and very intricate! We each had two and they were all equally great. We started with a caesar salad and the pork belly mac n' cheese, and it was delicious. Our meals (the aged steak and also the pork chop) were paired perfectly by our server Mike with our drinks and really brought out the unique flavors of each entree`

We ended the evening with the best dessert, the key lime tarte. I can without a flutter of a doubt say it was the best we've tasted.

A reservation is probably wise because this place is in high demand, and if you don't, I expect you'd be waiting a bit for a table.

10/10 would recommend. And ask for Mike, he is very knowledgeable!
