Food was really good! Our server was friendly and upbeat. It was super busy, but 4 of us had a table in less than 10 minutes! Definitely an addition to the regular haunt list.

The staff is great. The food is amazing. I felt welcomed the minute I walked into the establishment. I’ll be staying here for four months, so this is definitely going to be the usual spot for me.

Yes, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Food is terrific. That's all someone needs to know. Highly recommend for great Mexican food. Pico is actually cold and tasty. Rice,yum,beans,yum, salsa,yum. Food, dynamite. Chicken carnitas and fajitas.

Great food, authentic vibes. Very generous portions. One of the best Mexican places I have been to!

Food was good, portion for the price was great and it came out so fast! Margarita w/ coronita was decent. I had a shredded beef enchilada and crispy chile relleno combo which was a little saucy but delicious.

Staff is extremely friendly and fun.
They have an absolutely massive bottle of Cholula at the bar, ask them to add some to your food! 😂

They have a patio out back which, not sure if it's closed for the season or only when it's cold.

We have been dining here and enjoying good Mexican food and drinks at Fiesta Jalisco for the past 20+ years!! It is a staple in Steamboat Springs and a locals favorite!
There's nothing like a good tequila bar! Queen margaritas are delicious and refreshing! I always order the shrimp wrapped in bacon, Torcino!

Shrimp fajitas and margarita pitchers were the perfect end to our ski day. We were able to be seated fairly quickly for a Saturday evening with 6 people.
Loved the free chips and salsa!

Put your name on the list early! The service is good, but the food is better! The Fiesta Jalisco burrito was a good choice and was fairly priced. My wife and I really enjoyed the fresh salsa and cabbage (we mixed the two together).

Absolutely some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever eaten in my life! I literally just drove 4 hours from Woodland Park just to come get their Mexican pizza. I know that may sound ridiculous but that is just how good it is. everything else on the menu is to die for as well. service is great, bathrooms are clean, prices are decent, customer service is awesome, very quick in and out. just all-around I would give this place 1000 stars if I could. I go to Mexican restaurants across the country every year comparing queso’s and salsas and things of that nature and by far Steamboat Springs Colorado is in first place after probably 15 years of traveling and exploring Mexican dining.

Good Mexican Food. Authentic Mexican taste. I would highly recommend it. I'm definitely coming back next year during our Christmas vacation.

Some of the best food I have ever had. Arroz con Pollo and the bacon wrapped shrimp in spicy sauce were excellent. The margaritas were so good.

We love this Mexican restaurant chain in ski towns. They have great chips and salsa, huge margaritas and fajitas. Always a crowd pleaser.

F.J, is a solid alternative to downtown Mexican. Everyone really enjoyed their meals an margaritas. I had the Chili Colorado burrito. Only feedback would be to have a spicy salsa option.

Fiesta Jalisco has a pet-friendly patio in the back by the river! We had the margaritas and the carne asada taco are the best. The way they grill the tortillas and the meat is very high quality. Jazzy our dog approves of the meat!

Excellent food and service. We had the steak quesadilla and chicken fajitas, both were great. Chips and salsa are solid. Prices are a bit high, but consistent with the Steamboat area.

Service was kind of slow and the waiter spoke to us in Spanish, neither of us speak Spanish, so we had a rough start with ordering but that’s ok. (Shouldn’t assume every one does)
However, Food was phenomenal!

The food and the service was really good. I had the shrimp cocktail and the Carne Asada plate.

Great food, friendly service, reasonable prices! A great place after a day on the golf course or the slopes!
