The Lodge at Steamboat by Vacasa

The lodge is located about 5 minutes away from the gondola, which was amazing. We had a 2-bedroom apartment that was well-equipped and had an amazing view of the mountains. The beds were comfortable, and it was very quiet. There is a convenient store a few minutes away. We were on the third floor, so we did not bring our stroller up, but it all worked out.

Great location. The shuttle is pretty much continuous but it only takes a phone call to get it to take you where you want to go. The staff in the Lodge & the shuttle were all courteous, friendly, & helpful. Our place was only steps away from hot tubs( ppl were in there every night during our stay) & the heated pool.The only thing I didn't understand was when we asked to be picked up at our door as opposed to the Lodge, there was a big hesitation. There was 11 in our party with everyone 60 yrs old & above & it was going to be very hard & unsafe to take luggage back & forth to the Lodge to be picked up. We had no problem throughout our stay walking down to the Lodge for the shuttle, but asked for help with luggage upon checkout & the lady on the phone didn't seem very happy about it. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again & will definitely recommend The Lodge at Steamboat!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The snow was epic (see pictures taken from main room and patio). We were in a corner unit with a good amount of vehicle and foot traffic to the slopes, but the bedrooms had fans stored in the closets so it really didn't disturb our sleep. Speaking of which, the beds were comfortable, as well. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms are definitely a little dated, but served our needs. The indoor hot tub was well kept and was awesome after a day of snowmobiling. Our covered parking spot was close to our rooms, as well, and there was always a spot available. I would definitely stay here again.

The Lodge was even nicer than expected. Location is really convenient and there are two shuttles that take you anywhere you need to go. You can walk to the base in under 5 minutes or take a shuttle which runs about every 10 min or so. The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable with nice furniture and bedding. Staff at the front desk were nice and helpful. Easy to access hot tubs were also amazing! I would certainly recommend giving the Lodge a try, especially if you’d like to be close to the base.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE!!! The rooms are well decorate, clean and nice. People very friendly. We can't wait to come back.
The only thing, in my opinion are the lift tickets, we are learning how to ski, so we didn't need to go to a high mountain, we only want a small slope to practice, we called and they told us there is no other price, $200.00 per person and we are 6 learners. Too expensive in my opinion!
But we had a great time!!!!

Rented this place through Airbnb. The Lodge staff was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was great. The free shuttle was convenient and made it really easy to get around the areas we wanted to visit. The hot tub after a long day skiing was also nice. No issues with our stay.

The Lodge is a great condo complex located close to the slopes. The units are nice and bright with great windows, many have been very nicely remodeled. The amenities and staff will make sure that your stay is perfect and relaxing. On call shuttle, great pool and hot tubs, on site check in, and meeting facilities. New this year, is an amazing gyro stand that's open one or two days a week right at the entrance to the property. Best gyros in town!

The Lodge ended up being the cheapest place to stay out of all the places we've checked around the area that was close to the lifts. So value wise, I thought it was pretty good. Check-in was very simple and really grateful that the front desk called a few times to make sure we were able to get our door keys (we were running late and arrived after office hours). Parking was also easy to find and really close to where we stayed (right outside).

The place was clean and comfortable, the electric fireplace was really cozy (one of my favorite things about the place). The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking ware. We were able to cook a few meals while staying there! The condo also comes with washer and dryer, which was nice. I was able to wash all my clothes before leaving (one less thing I had to do when I got home. Only minor gripe, the window shades in each room were a bit light for my preference (I'm sensitive to light), but I made sure to bring eye masks to help with that. Location wise: I loved that it was in walking distance to the ski lifts and the Outlaw Mountain Coaster that we did (across the street and a little ways up and boom, you're there). It was also a direct pick-up spot for our other horse riding activity with Saddleback Ranch, we never had to drive anywhere for the things we wanted to do. The Lodge was also a perfectly close to a few brunch and lunch restaurants (literally next door) that we were able to walk for breakfast. Our condo was also only couple of miles from downtown Steamboat Springs so that was also easy access for more eating cuisines or if we needed to buy groceries.

It comes with a shared pool and hot tub access, but it was too cold to utilize it (snowed couple of the days we were there). Hopefully next time! But we had an amazing time at Steamboat Springs and staying at the Lodge with Retreatia was amazing!

Our group enjoyed staying at the Lodge. Our rooms were close together and really clean. The front desk is knowledgeable about activities around town and giving suggestions on things to do. The shuttle was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!!

These are a great place to stay. They are very close to the mountain, but don't carry ski in/ski out prices. The units are nice and have everything you need. There is excellent shuttle service into town, so you really don't need a car at all. They staff is very friendly and helpful.

I wanted to send a shout out to Kailee and the front desk staff at the Lodge at Steamboat by Vacasa. Our family encountered a difficult situation and Kailee and her staff were very understanding, personal, responsive and went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service that is rare these days. This will be our go to place to stay for future trips to Steamboat!!!

Great amenities, location and cabins! About a 5 min walk to the gondala with gear on. Could possibly ski in if enough snow and momentum. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Also, we had a large group in our cabin and partied all night for 2 days straight with no complaints!

The room was cozy and had all the amendments you need like towels, pots/pans, a deck, a fireplace. There is a free shuttle system that'll pick you up around the town when you request it. The staff were friendly and at some point we had room service that cleaned up our kitchen, gave us more soap, new towels. The mountain is a 5 min walk which is very convenient for skiing.

We arrived in Steamboat for our family vacation to find our accommodation was double booked and we're sold out.

We happened on The Lodge at Steamboat by half accident, and they saved our vacation.

The accommodation is excellent, the location is great, and the hot tubs can't be beat.

I stayed in Unit B103, which was a very nice 2 bedroom condo. The location is great if you want to take a quick swim or spend some time in the hot tub (both are right next to the unit). The unit was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, so it was easy to make meals at the condo when we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Steamboat!

Great location! Within walking distance to gondola, a brewpub, grocery store, and rentals. Parking is so so, but once you find a spot there is no reason to leave. There is also a free shuttle that will take you into town.

Wonderful stay! Very clean and had great amenities! The pool was great and overall the 2 bedroom condo worked well for our family of 5.

I stayed in unit B103 and had a really nice time, both in Steamboat Springs and at The Lodge. The room was adjacent to the hot tub and had modern but appropriate amenities. The staff at The Lodge were friendly, and it was close to the gondola (which was closed unfortunately).

Great hotel room, great customer service. A 5 to 10 minute walk to the slopes and the hot tubs were great too. Definitely going back on our future trips to steamboat.
