What an experience! This restaurant is set at the base of the mountain on a golf course, so the views are spectacular, but the food is INCREDIBLE. So unique, fresh, interesting, and absolutely delicious (order the charred pea salad!)
The service is as great as the food... the GM was present throughout our experience making sure everything was just right. They couldn't improve upon this meal if they tried. Highly recommend!

I rarely feel compelled enough to leave a Google review however this dining experience made a lasting impression on me. I traveled to Steamboat for the first time and have been here roughly a week, eating at the supposed best spots in town. I left Periodic Table for my final dinner slot because the menu seemed innovative and the reviews were glowing. Not only was this restaurant the best dining experience in town, it was 3 levels above anything I have had in Steamboat, and one of the best dinners I’ve had this year. The staff was warm and welcoming; the evening began with some hot tea upon arrival in the rustic but elegant lodge. Our waitress was superb, walking us through the Sake options that best paired with our apps: Bao Buns with pork belly, shrimp dumplings, and hamachi crudo. Each dish was artfully plated, executed to perfection, and well balanced. The entrees continued the trend; duck two ways (seared breast and spicy duck leg) and pork belly (less fatty and more composed than any pork belly I’ve had in the past). Both of these entrees knocked my socks off. The duck was accompanied by stir fry noodles that would stand up to any high-level Asian establishment, and the pork came with soft sweet potatoes and charred bok choi. I was so dumbfounded by the culinary excellence that Chef Charlie came by to visit and hear my opinion. I told him that I have dined at many Michelin star-studded establishments that served food less refined and masterfully crafted as this establishment, all with such humility and tact. Dessert was magnificent - needless to say. If you don’t visit this gem during your trip to Steamboat, you are missing out. Cancel your other reservation and prepare to have your mind blown at Periodic Table.

One of our favorite restaurants in Steamboat Springs! Recommend the mushroom bao buns, hamachi crudo, any proteins on a hot plate, and miso black cod. Also note that their menu is seasonal so expect different items after early 2024

I showed up on the wrong date, and the staff was so accommodating. We sat at the bar where Cory took great care of us while she was bartending. She knew the menu cold, and made some great suggestions. The food was amazing! Love the whole concept and will be a favorite in Steamboat!

We hosted our wedding reception at Periodic Table at Catamount Ranch in June of 2022. We opted to buy-out the entire venue for our event and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The entire staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and fun. We sincerely appreciated Aurelia's (the General Manager) attention to detail and professionalism - she truly went above and beyond to make sure our night was perfect for our guests, and perfect for us. We received so many wonderful comments from our families and friends regarding the food (the chef and events coordinator worked with us to select a banquet menu). From the appetizers to the dessert, everything was delicious!

We were incredibly pleased with the beauty of the location, as well. Periodic Table boasts a warm and inviting interior and a gorgeous outdoor deck, complete with views of the mountains and river. Our guests loved the atmosphere and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue to hold our event. I would highly, highly recommend Periodic Table for an upscale dinner or for an unforgettable event location.

Really wonderful overall. I love the Asian theme this season!! Always great food. The service was very good, atmosphere was nice. Pork Buns were fantastic. The wagyu hot plate with the black garlic sauce was really good (though a bit thick cut imo). Definitely recommend it.

We had dinner last night at Periodic Table with friends. We've tried several of their menus in recent years and last night's Asian theme was very impressive, both in variety and quality / taste. This menu is varied enough that we can eat there again without repeating last night's dishes.

There are so many great things to say about this place that it's not even worth listing them all, because the list would be endless. The food here is so delicious that it's one of the only places I've eaten where the high price actually matches the quality. The chef at this restaurant is a culinary genius. The food is both simple (and beautiful) in its presentation and deliciously complex in its flavor. Our server and hostess were incredibly accommodating and friendly, and chose all the right times to approach our table without interrupting conversation. The server (Cam?) was very knowledgeable about the dishes, was easy to talk to, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We took cheese cake to go after our delicious meal. When I asked if they had plastic forks (because we were staying at a hotel which had not provided them for us) the server said they did not have any, but then in yet another heroic effort of service provided us with a metal fork to take with us. What an experience. I will go back there every time I visit Steamboat.

Incredible would be an understatement! This place will knock your socks off. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is very well versed in their craft. The food timing was spaced perfectly and the cocktails far exceeded my expectations. If you haven't yet, give them a try and see for yourself!

The bar service was amazing! Lee was professional, helpful, and went above and beyond the entire night. It could not have gone better.

Wow wow wow. What an amazing dining experience! I seldom write reviews but this needed some praise. Food and drinks were absolutely phenomenal. Staff was all amazing. Cam was such a kind server and made wonderful recommendations. Food came out very quickly yet so fresh. Club Med menu was delicious, I wish I could make it out again before it's gone. Definitely a bucket list spot! Thanks for a great experience

I had an anniversary dinner there Aug.31 of this year. Everything was outstanding, even though 2 waiters were taking turns serving us. It's ok, I didn't mind. I just received my credit card statement and the total is different than the receipt in my hand.This restaurant has over charged my account by $30.00. I can't wait to find out what happened.I'll let you know.

Get to periodic table ASAP because the menu changes at the end of September! Prepare to be transported to Cuba with the current menu and theme. The waitstaff's outfits, the music, the menu, and even the smell of Cuban cigar smoke accompanied the steak will make you think of Cuba. We had an incredible dinner here. We may return next week to try more items on the menu.

The view from the deck for dinner was wonderful. Our server was friendly and efficient. We had a great meal with cocktails & wine and would highly recommend for those visiting Steamboat Springs!

I brought some friends in to celebrate a birthday. We were in for the Alps theme this winter, and it was amazing! From start to finish; it was a great experience. The warm welcoming mulled wine was a great start. We all decided to have the fondue, it was executed wonderfully and the accompanying foods to dip were great. From there we had a little bit of everything on the menu and we were all so happy with how it was all executed. Jackson our server had perfect timing and table presence to let us enjoy this amazing experience. Don't miss this Alps concept this winter!

Outstanding 🤩 incredible cocktails, fabulous food, great service, and a beautiful setting. Each of our drinks was unique with great flavors. The appetizers and oysters were amazing.

This is a Steamboat hidden gem! The rotating menu and immersive experience make for an unforgettable evening. Our server, Kate, was exceptionally knowledgeable of the menu, which helped guide us through each course and created a perfect date night for two parents who desperately needed a night out. We will definitely be back!

A delicious menu! Five of us went to dinner and ordered different items- the duck for two, the chicken a la king and the Dover sole - it was absolutely delicious, a really cool concept of making classic dishes with a new twist! We really enjoyed the sides and some appetizers as well. The ambiance was great and we loved the live music We will definitely be back!
