For skiing the location is nearly Ski and Ski out with a great value. The staff bends over backwards to help make things smooth.

Terrific condo, lots of dishes and cookware. Some kitchen basics such as coffee or spices would have been nicer. The hot tubs were wonderful after a day of skiing. Staff and shuttle into town were very helpful. Nice ski in location by the T-Bar. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for groups! We stayed here when a friend was getting married in Steamboat and the condos are such a great option. The beds are comfortable and the condos are well taken care of. They didn't have AC in the condo we rented so it was a little hot being August but opening the windows while we were out at the wedding was enough to cool it down. I would stay here again!

Great location to the slopes. Near the slope-side bar called T-bar. Shuttle service was helpful. 2 hot tubs are perfect. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Laundry machines on site, $2 wash/dry. Enjoy!

The place was very nice and clean. The hot tubs we're awesome after a day on the slopes. The staff was curtious and helpful. Had a great stay and definitely go back.

We decided to come to Steamboat on a whim and ended up in the Kutuk condos. We are so glad we came! The staff were all personable and helpful we have three children under the age of 5 and the staff even talked to them, answering and asking questions. The accommodations are beautiful and the outdoor deck and huge gas firepit were great for roasting marshmallows. Ruth in the office is especially gracious and greeted us by name all weekend. Keep up the great work!

Great place, clean and beautiful. It's a ski-in, ski-out apartments, so in 3 minutes (walking) you're in the slopes, or stores and restaurants. In 3 minutes in car, you'll be at Wal-Mart, City Market and other stores. We'll be returning for sure!

Comfortable condo close to slopes.
