We have owned a condo here for years and find the location makes it so easy for either getting on the gondola, shopping, or dining. The units themselves are very nice and management is excellent.

Wonderful place! So close to the base of Steamboat. Rented our place off of Air bnb. Our host was amazing! David who helped issue our parking pass was a delight! Would highly recommend this place if you plan on utilizing the mountain in any capacity.

Nice and very conveniently located condominiums. There is a pool and BBQ area next to the pool. Receptionist was very polite and helpful.
These condominiums are old but well built. However to get to upper appartments you will need to climb four flights of outside stairs. Stairs are enclosed in stairwell to mitigate wind, ice and snow winter time.
If you stay here at summer - there is no AC in units, but it is easy to control temperature by opening windows at night and closing shades during the day.

Fantastic location, easy access to gondola and ski lifts. Within walking distance of several restraunts and stores. Great place overall!

The place was great. However, it advertises that it is ski up, but it's actually a 7 minute walk up hill from gondola square.

The units are always really clean and it is close to all the fun. Definitely one of the best places in Steamboat.

The location couldn't be any closer to the base. About a 5 minute walk to the lifts!
