A straight forward and beautiful place to stay in Steamboat Springs. Good sized condos with stocked kitchen supplies for cooking, even some spices and oil! I made a ratatouille and a mushrooms risotto and had all the equipment I needed to make my own tomato sauce and layer the pans of veggies. I would bring your own knife and any unqiue spices if you're a bit of a cooking snob like me but otherwise you don't need to bring much. We stayed in a "sleeps 8" condo and it actually did, comfortably. Good location with a free shuttle to skiing (yay no parking charge!), free on site parking, a beautiful heated outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs, and it's close to some shopping. Would definitely stay again!

Upgraded condo with nice appliances and setup. Outside gear storage and outside hot tub great amenities. No washer in condo, but great access to ski resort.

Great location and convenient shuttle to get you tonthe slopes. The condo was nice and cozy, with plenty of space for all of us.

Great place to stay for skiing. Locker outside your unit for skis. Shuttle running all day to the base.

Timber Run 404 is fantastic! It was clean, updated and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the view from the patio was spectacular. Timber Run has year round heated pool and 3 hot tubs. There is also a sauna to "dry" off! It is close to the main ski resort and easily walkable. The Steamboat free bus pick up just outside the unit and in the winter there is a free ski shuttle from the center to the resort.
It is a great value a d we will definitely be back!

My family and I had a great experience here. There was always room at 1 of the 3 hot tubes and the shuttle service at 15 minute intervals was amazing. The amenities at the condo we good as was the bedding and fold out couch.

Great location, so close to the resort that you can walk. Really quick drive to downtown.

I had a great stay at this complex. Very well managed with clean and comfortable rooms. They are not luxury accommodations, nor are they right on the mountain, but they perfect for the average travelers needs. During the ski season of you don't want to make the short walk there is a shuttle on call.

Wonderful lodging. So close to the mountain and downtown while being worth every penny. The facilities are numerous. The covid precautions are appropriate and cleanliness is attended to. The shuttle bus is clutch. Can't wait to go back.

Spent a wonderful long weekend at Timber Run. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and abided by all COVID-19 recommendations.
Shared spaces (pool, tennis courts, grills) are currently by reservation, cleaned in between, and we felt very confident of cleanliness staying here. Other benefits are the great location (within biking distance of downtown), and size -- the large condo accommodated our entire group of 10. These are challenging times, and overall the team at Timber Run ensured we were able to enjoy our stay.

Stayed for musicfest. Didnt spend much time in the place other than sleeping. It is a nice place to stay and the staff was rather helpful. Really wanted to utilize their hot tub and heated pool, but it wasnt in the cards for me. The couch is comfortable and cazy, it was were I spent most of my time.

Nice place to stay for Ski trip. The hot tubs can get rowdy at night and I'm sure there are gallons of beer and pee in the water.

Clean, well run, great and fast shuttle service to Steamboat Springs main lift base. It was a fabulous location for a family ski vacation

My boyfriend's family has a condo here. It's a great little ski chalet. It's not as fun in the summer but it's a nkce, well located place.

Stayed for 5 days and loved it !!! The staff were always there to help if we had any requests or needed anything . The condo was clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfy .

Beautiful space with a loft! Very close to Steamboat. There is a shuttle at the main office that takes you to the Steamboat entrance!

Great experience only negative was we had to wait for a shuttle in town 1 hour longer then they told us. Overall though excellent complex!!

Excellent and friendly staff. Loved visiting the hot tubs after a long ski day.
