Nordstrom Northgate

We bought four ladies shorts which was particularly in clearance sale , three men's shorts total of $164 , lots of attractive collections , Friendly Customer Service , easily. Noticeable from road, good place to visit often

I went for a bra fitting adventure and the ladies who helped me were fantastic. The lady who actually fit me took her time, brought options, helped me try them on, gave and listened to my feedback. It was a pleasant experience that I've never had doing bra fittings anywhere else. I recommend getting fitted here.

Still the best in the industry for customer satisfaction/service. The new parking addition makes life so much easier! While this Nordstrom is not the flagship store, it still holds it's own! Great designer handbags, designer clothing lines, accessories, etc. Smaller scale store, but still has many items that flagship store has.

Very helpful staff and excellent supply of baby clothes and gear but prices are not cheap unless you shop clearance racks. Love their return policy and that they can return an item based on the little sticker they stick on at purchase so you don't have to find a receipt.

My grandson has fibular hemomilia, with one for being 2 sizes smaller than the other, and a leg length difference as well. Nordstrom is a god send because they are the only store that will sell us one of each sized shoe! Customer service was amazing as well!

Love Nordstrom. They have Birkenstock! Tho I wished they would sell more styles and all sizes. Employees are friendly and will greet you and are very helpful. Love their return policy too. :)

Last day for Nordstrom at Northgate. First mall in USA. Best food, great staff. Used to come here as a kid and then brought my kids. Wonderful memories. My favorite store and shopping experiences have been here. Will still shop at store #1, Downtown Seattle. Thank you, Nordstrom!

Northgate Mall sporting ice that's what I like about Northgate Mall is that friendly people that work there and I know exactly what I need there at the store itself so that's one reason why I like going to the mall at least I can walk around and hang out for a while and just basically be myself and that's why shopping is a lot easier there at since they're renovating in the mall next year that's going to make things difficult for me to walk around there but I can't wait until the holiday season comes around when the mall gets lit up for the holidays.

Nordstrom Northgate is a nice place to shop. One nice thing with Nordstrom is alterations. Being in a wheelchair, my body is not like what designers plan for. Nordstrom offering alterations for pants helps immensely. Fortunately, I only need alteration in length, so not a really big deal.

Excellent service and lots of great clothing brands. If buying a suit I highly recommend shopping here. The last suit I purchased from here they also showed me multiple options I could add later for different looks.

I have loved Nordstrom since I was a child! I held on to my mum's skirt to keep from being lost in Nordstrom Best department store. Always has had excellent quaily and service!

Cafe is quiet and almost secluded. The layout is different from the other Nordies in town. Children’t shoes and women’s clothes were the standouts for us.

I really like that store Northgate Mall is so much nicer than it used to be and Nordstrom's and Generals awesome I do a little early Christmas shopping or not early about right and I know I'm getting back to town because the weather in the traffic and the coldness got to me oh boy love those Mondays

Found a small purse that was on the bargain rack, my wife loves it. Staff was very pleasant and gave us a nice gift bag as we left.

This is and has always been a very nice store. You can shop and then go to the second level were there's a cafe with a very nice menus to eat.

My go to spot for online order pick up. Less crowded than the downtown location but also smaller. Great for quick errands

It's smaller than the downtown store but I can usually find what I need. Easy to get around in except for the cosmetics area which is a little off putting when you first approach it.

Staff was very helpful and talked about a lot of products and suggestions on makeup or skin care. Clothes are high quality and very good for their price

This mall is super usually really quite, so service is always great! The sales staff are useful and very quick to help you find what your looking for.

Nate Massa was incredibly helpful with an exchange - his customer service was phenomenal. Will definitely continue shopping at Nordstrom.
