Service was wonderful. I was treated with respect, and the service folks were very transparent. They told me exactly what would be done with my car and how much it would cost. The waiting room was clean and beautiful, with plenty of amenities to be comfortable for the 2 hours my services took.

I was expecting to have a hard time based on my previous car shopping experience in a different dealership. But Isaac and the finance lady (can't remember her name) were friendly, understanding, transparent, and not pushy at all. The whole process was easy and relatively quick. I will definitely check here first for my next car.

Went in for a diagnostic of a water leak; they did basic check of my ac system, and windshield but we’re unable to determine the cause. They let me know asap and recommended I go to a specialist. They were fair and waived the diagnostic fee. I will do all my service/ maintenance here with this dealership for my Tundra. Ed and Cody in service we’re friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!

This review is only for the service department .

They have excellent customer care, and car care service.
They have will organized system. From the moment you call, schedule an appointment, bring the car in ,meet with a service advisor, and get the car worked on, pay, and get the car back. It is a very smooth experience.

But even with appointment if for small work order, and must wait ,then expect at least 2 hours could be more waiting before getting car back. So plan on that.

But for major work then you drop your off,and get a loaner, or a rent car.

If must wait for your car for a small work, then they have excellent waiting room, spacious, clean , inviting, comfortable seating, TV watching, coffee,hot tea & cold water are provided.

Prices of repairs of course are really high. So prepare for that, even for minor work. But your new car is best to be taken to its dealer services department. They are trained for it, and especialized in it.

I had a great experience! I went to get my brake pads replaced.. Cody was my service advisor he was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I felt very taken care of. I appreciated the timeliness and transparency :)

Best car buying experience. I received an immediate response from them on behalf of Costco Car Sales. From answering my questions to securing the color I wanted, at a price well below other Toyota dealers I contacted, Hyung Kim and Kelly Stewart were the best. Aimee Case, their finance manager presented warranty options, listened to our expected driving needs, and helped us choose the most economical options. A plus dealership.
We have now had our car serviced by Burien Toyota for 2 years. Their service work from maintenance to recall has been first rate. Their service advisors are great at service analysis and communication. We continue to be impressed by this dealership.
November 2022 update:
While all of the service advisors we have worked with are great, special mention is deserved by Paul. He is extremely knowledgeable and excellent at helping us understand the services required. At 22,000 miles we are confident that Burien Toyota will keep our Highlander in top condition.
11/06/23. 30,000 mile service completed and our car continues it's excellent operation thanks to the good work of the Burien Toyota service techs. Thanks to Don Lambirth our service advisor today.

Tim, Marc and everyone else that helped me far and beyond what was expected in the chase for a limited edition car. They kept me in the loop and when one came up, Tim instantly called me and got me in. They were also honest and transparent and honored the price quoted to me almost a year ago. Buying a car in August 2021: Absolutely stellar service from VJ & some support from Marc. We had something happen that was nothing short of a Christmas miracle today when it comes to the inventory, as choices are extra limited in the current landscape. Looking forward to working with them in the future for maintenance, and most likely for our next car!

Service/Maintenance in September 2023: Service department is great. I bought all the warranties and scheduled maintenance at the time of purchase. So far it's saved me a new tire and my 30k maintenance. Toyota Care (free) expires after two years, so today my pre-paid service plan kicked in. (So "free" today, but cost money two years ago.)

My only critical feedback is that there could be better coordination between the Service department and those who schedule the service via phone call. My car was in for a tire replacement Tues-Thurs, andi ended up having maintenance scheduled for Friday morning.

I'd left a voicemail Tuesday asking if I could drop it off just before closing to be looked at on Wednesday (boring about maintenance), and upon drop off was told they'd call me Wednesday with an update on my tire. Wednesday they call, saying they're returning my voicemail, but clearly they didn't even listen to it because but it's someone calling to schedule my next maintenance. They didn't even know my car was in their possession at the time of the call, nor did they know anything about my car's status. I can understand if not all the systems/software/tools connect, so they may not know my car is with them, but it was a weird experience. They did a great job with my tire and the maintenance, so no complaints there!

This isn't the first time the disconnect has been there though; they've called me the same day or the next day or a few days after a maintenance appointment to tell me I'm overdue for it / need to schedule the one I just had ASAP. Maybe they need a better software to organize or something?

Actual service is great but the scheduling phone calls can be interesting 🤷‍♀ Still a big fan overall!

I went to Burien Toyota because I was interested in test driving a Rav 4. I was greeted warmly by the woman at the front desk who was able to point me in the right direction. Kelly the sales manager talked about the different cars that were available for me to look at. I appreciate that he took the time to listen to what cars I was interested in and he didn’t try to talk me into something I didn’t want or suggest I look at anything other than what I was interested in. Next, Zach took me to the lot and we looked at some of the different colors they had in stock. He explained the different features on the car and I tried some of them out during the test drive. I was pleased with his knowledge of the vehicle.

After some consideration, I ultimately decided it was the right vehicle for me. The price I got was very fair and Aimee on the finance team was very helpful in explaining everything to me regarding the financing. While I was waiting on some of the paperwork, Zach took some extra time to show me other features of the car and helped me get my phone synced up to the vehicle technology.

When it was time to take my car home, Kelly took a moment to thank me for my business. Considering the whole experience, I never felt overly pressured or talked down by anyone, which can happen especially when you are a woman buying a car. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly, it’s no surprise they’ve been in business for over 40 years. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

Had my first "Toyota Care" visit today...all went well, however i have been doing business with Burien Toyota for many years and have purchased several vehicles from them, and a few things bother me. Its the little things that add up...Used to be free donuts in the waiting area....not any more. Went to use the bathroom, annoying flickering light in mens bathroom needs replacement. Many years ago Burien Toyota would wash your truck after servicing....that ended and they gave out a coupon for free basic Brown Bear car wash...now thats gone too....used to be service advisor would rush to greet you when you drove into service bay...today I had to park, then find an advisor to help me......not serious stuff, just sad to see the quality of service declining

Our family was in need of a new car and after a great experience 10 years ago we returned to Burien Toyota and were helped by Isaac. Isaac was truly great from start to finish. We found a car we loved and when we couldn't initially come to an agreement on price, Isaac never tried to push us to something else - he simply provided the information we needed to make a purchase. Eventually we were able to come to an agreement and couldn't be happier. Even after the transaction Isaac continued to serve us well as we needed a little more help.

I purchased a 2023 4Runner at Burien Toyota. Our salesman Zach was wonderful to work with and kept in touch with us regularly during the purchase process. He was very nice to work with. We had some additional items we chose to add to the vehicle and had them installed after purchase. It was very simple to arrange and handled in a timely manner in the service department. Cody was our service advisor, I appreciate how easy it was to get this done. They provided me with a very comfortable and comparable vehicle, if not nicer, as a free rental during the process so I had no issues returning to work and regular life while the service was completed. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thanks!

Scheduled maintenance was preformed in timely manner. No problems… however I forgot to mention that the tires were new and rotating them was not necessary … could have saved you some work.

Scheduling was done in less than 3 minutes.
Check in was efficient.
Staff was friendly.
Promise time was 1.5-2 hours. They were done in less than 1.5 hours.
The “quiet room” in the waiting room was clean, has a plug and a counter + chair for laptop use, so I was able to do some work.
They accepted the Costco auto discount on top of their lower price compared to the other Toyota branch I usually go to—a big plus!
