The booking process is easy, the fleet is well-maintained, and pricing is transparent. They offer flexible options, prompt customer service, and convenient pickup/drop-off. I used it multiple times at Seatac and CA airports and was not disappointed. A reliable choice for hassle-free and comfortable car rentals.

I spent an extra $20 to go with National and it was worth it. With 5 kids under the age of 12 traveling, to be able to get off the rental car shuttle and literally just walk up to whatever vehicle I want (within my reserved category) and not have to stand in a long line (for no reason at all) and get all of our stuff in the car right way is SO helpful. The checkout process is so fast. I have NO idea why other companies don't follow this. Good job National.

Always a pleasure to rent from National. Service is excellent, friendly and helpful. There aren't long lines to wait on to get your car. Just pick out your car in the appropriate aisle and you are on your way! And returning the car is just as easy. They are located everywhere which is a major plus!

My agent, Christmas, and his manager assisted me greatly last week. I landed, hopped in a car (that Christmas upgraded for me at no extra charge), and when I went to check out of the car aisle, I realized I had altogether forgotten to book a rental. They swiftly created a reservation for me, even though there were no cars available. I was rushing to an important meeting, so I would have been toast had they not gone above and beyond to help me. Thank you both for exceptional customer service!

great experience picking up from Executive Isle, the vehicle met and exceeded my expectations. Staff at rental car return was very courteous to help locate a cart for my multiple pieces of luggage that I need to get to the transfer bus and onto check-in at the airport.

Renting the car from National is perfect each time. Just go to the lot and they have the best selections and the newest vehicles in the industry in my mind. The last two rentals in Anchorage and Seattle, my cars were brand new! Returning the car is swift and friendly as well.

I had such an easy, stress free experience using National. I was amazed how quick I got into my vehicle and on my way. We arrived at the car rental area after my flight and there were lines that were 100+ people at other rental counters. I felt like a VIP walking past all those lines and just going to pick out a car in the Emerald Aisle. When I got to the Emerald Isle they were unfortunately out of cars but the attendant was super nice and said “enjoy a free upgrade on National” and I got an amazing car upgrade! I now want to purchase the car I rented ha! Drop off was super easy and the attendant was super friendly and quick. Would definitely rent from again on my next trip!

Great experience at the Seattle airport location. When we arrived late at night, no cars that matched our reservation were available, but the attendant went out of their way to find us a large premium SUV that would fit our entire family, ensuring we had the right car for the trip. Then on return, we ran late due to traffic, and they were an absolute joy to work with, getting us in and out of there quickly, and helping us get to the airport and our gate on time. It was perhaps the best experience I've had renting a car at any airport, would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

I have enjoyed National and my Emerald Club membership for many years (25+). We really enjoy the Emerald Aisle, and bypassing the lines at the counter. The car we chose this time was a RAV4 Hybrid, and ir was clean and in good repair. The rental return (as always) was easy and fast, and the employees on each end were great! Polite and helpful. Will continue to use National for all our rentals with service like this.

Car and efficiency of check out and return were great. They charged me an extra $60 for an additional driver even though they were not supposed to and I presented all the required documentation for a waiver. I also cannot get anyone to respond form the National and correct the charge. A ticket has been created but no action so far. It spoiled an otherwise great experience.

I was contacted promptly by National with an apology. They took care of the overcharge and issued a refund promptly. Great service!

Company trip to Seattle Washington and first time using National. Have used Hertz and Enterprise previously. The check in process was very easy and quick. Then was just told to go ahead and pick ANY vehicle in the "Executive" lines. I was in disbelief and asked two more employees and they stated that, yes it is same rate no matter what car you pick on this line. So I ended up choosing an Audi Q5 S-line edition and when I got the final receipt, it was the same rate. I told my Manager from now I want National car rental. I am 6'1" 285lbs and liked the fact I did not have to stick with a small compact.

Stress free car renting experience. I would highly recommend their service. I have already used National at Seatac three times this year. And during the last rental I wasn't aware about certain clause in my corporate code, but the national rental customer service was so helpful in clearing that out for me after my rental was returned. Will be using their service in the future as well.

National makes it easy to rent a car. You walk down to the lot, talk to the person in the lot, and he tells you to take a car based on your account status. Then you check out at the gate all done on off your account. Perhaps I am spoiled now with National since I have a corporate account but it is nicely streamlined from other companies.

I rented a mini van at SeaTac airport from October 6-13. It was a pleasant, easy experience. I picked up the car from the Emerald Aisle and checked out quickly. Mark was awesome when we returned the car and provided clear directions to pick up the shuttle bus. Again, a very quick process. National Car rental as provided great service over the years. I am a loyal customer!

National Car Rental has provided me with excellent vehicles and excellent service for nearly every one of my business and personal trips over the past two years. If they do not have a vehicle available in the class I rented, I always get an upgrade for the same price. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a vehicle for travel purposes.

Glad I found National! Joined about 2 year ago and found the staffs and car selections are top notched. very helpful and professional staffs willing to go above and beyond their role. Not disappoint each time I go with Emerald aisle option! Thus far had really good experience and will continue to use National for all my family trip and business. National Rental Car is my go-to choice for renting cars. I have rented them all over the country. Due to the car shortage earlier this year, I’ve found it very hard to get decent rentals at most NRC center airports, even as an Executive member. This location had a great selection to choose from. We flew into SeaTac and rented this car for a road trip from Seattle to Portland, to Cannon Beach, and back to Seattle. The location of the Rental Car Center is a short shuttle ride from SeaTac Airport. Once you get off of the shuttle you can find your way through the lobby to National. We ended up renting a blue Nissan Rogue. It was clean and had a couple of Clorox wipes for us in the cup holder, which was very nice. We had the Rogue for 4 days and it drove great. Gas mileage was good and we only had to fill it up 1.5x for our road trip.

Checkout was quick and easy. Checking back in was made very easy with Ray. Ray was friendly and offered top service. He also double-checked the car to make sure we didn’t forget anything.

It was a great rental experience.

Superb customer service for Emerald Club members that makes getting a car fast and easy. Very clear interface with the app made getting a last-minute extension a breeze. Fabulous all-around experience!
