Nordstrom Rack

Good variety of clothing. The shoe section was surprisingly stocked with tons of high end brands. But I have to admit the best part was following around the "undercover" Loss prevention staff as they followed dope addicts around the store.

This is a great team. I had a bit of a mediocre online experience, but the folks in the store found the items on the racks (literally searching with me) for the win!
The online bit was that I was expecting the items after the holidays, but they arrived earlier than expected and got returned.
All's well that ends well, and I couldn't have asked more of the crew here. Great job, I appreciate it!

Other than the fact that I bought a watch that had a dead battery. No problem whatsoever returning it. I had the receipt didn't have the box I didn't know where it went.

Edited review: The staff let me know it’s a corporate decision and they now have a smaller pick-up area near the coats. Thank you Rack!

They removed the Nordstrom/NRack Returns & Pick-up area! What a horrible change. It makes it very inconvenient to go to Alderwood or Downtown for order pick-up and returns. Further more whenever I returned things here, I always shopped. So that’s a loss of business for Nordstrom.

It still has good deals but it’s not a positive change. Especially if you are in a hurry since you have to join the massive check out line (usually under staffed.)

Once more into the Rack. Good value for the price. A bit thin on the ground in selection compared to web site. All in all a good experience. Staff though few were all helpful and knowledgeable.

This is a great Nordstrom Rack. Conveniently located with plenty of parking and next to the right rail station. Amazing selection of shoes.

Out of all the other Nordstrom Rack stores in the Seattle area, this location has the most inventory in my opinion! The products are just packed and lots to choose from. I always find something I want to buy when visiting here. Awesome place!

Exactly what you’d expect. Nordstrom Rack is the TJ maxx of parent company Nordstroms. Prices are reasonable and style is hit or miss. Part of the fun of this place is finding something you actually really like at 1/3 of the retail price. This is the place you go for that pair of dress shoes you wear once every 3 years or the basic t shirts that you wear under your button down.

Lots of products! A bit pricey though.

So glad there's still a store open at Northgate! Made an online purchase at Nordstrom.com and was able to pick it up at The Rack which is way easier (and cheaper) than driving downtown. There is free parking here for up to 2 hours (yes, used to all be free when the mall was open.) Still, super convenient location. Masks still required to enter. Store seemed amply stocked and staffed and checkout line appeared to move quickly. There is a separate counter for online pickups, but if you find something else to buy while there, they will process your purchase at the pickup counter. All-in-all, pretty event-less experience, which I absolutely appreciate. Easy peasy.

Kinda hidden at the moment due to construction but an easy walk if you take the light rail - it practically drops you at the front door! An excellent Rack, well stocked and the always helpful staff.

Great selection. And amazing prices on name brand apperal. Staff was all very pleasant tonight. The only 2 things that could have been improved were number one, Now That the mall is gone and they replaced it with the arena You do have to pay for parking even to shop at nordstrom. And it is not marked very well.. So I had a $25 ticket on my car when I came out. Heads up just to beware. Also, if anyone knows how I'm supposed to pay, for future reference, I would appreciate the information. Thank you in advance. The 2nd thing Was they had a decent collection of higher end men's Cologne but only cheap women's perfume. That was disappointing but probably a blessing in disguise. As I blew $600 without the fragrancers. So maybe it was just the Lord's way of looking out for me. HAPPY SHOPPING

Nordstrom Rack is perfect for great clothes at good prices. I am tall and skinny so I don't find options for myself often but at the Rack I always find something that fits me. The staff at this location was incredibly helpful last time I went. I asked multiple questions regarding dress pants and was met with cordially presented answers from multiple staff members.

I will certainly be going back.

But low on kids fall shoes..

The Nordstrom Family is still doing what they do best, selling top quality goods & clothing in a city known for setting trends. And yes it's still policy - no receipt, no problem. Reasonable prices for top quality clothing and friendly helpful employees who go the extra mile to keep their customers happy. All major credit cards and of course their house card and cash. Validated free parking.

This reminds me of the '70s Blue Light special or the old yellow front bins where everything's going together shoes with shoes sweaters with sweaters but nothing is merchandised nothing has a merchandise flow but it is all super inexpensive so if you don't have the attitude of shop shop those stills then move out of the way so somebody else can get the deal otherwise the staff was friendly they had a clean restroom as well
