I bought 1.5L Turbo sport touring 2023 from Honda of Burien. I couldn’t be more happier. It’s giving 42-45mpg in long highway cruise and it’s fun to drive car. Handling and steering geometry is great. Got mine in MSRP. Thanks to Aarnas. It was very pleasant buying experience. They won’t try to rip you off. I test drove and didn’t hesitate to buy immediately because it’s the kinda honda that I always wanted.

Great place, very accommodating. Took initial test drive at night while it was snowing and they have always been open when needed. I am still waiting on a rear window replacement that is in the contract, but have been assured by multiple people that they are working on it. Would and will recommend to others.

The BEST experience I’ve had at a dealership!! That is because of Braden!! He was very patient, kind, and helpful! Every obstacle I had he worked sooo hard and overcame them! It was pretty awesome to see. He definitely changed my mind about dealerships. The staff was nice too. I was able to leave with the car I wanted.. Braden is amazing!! I came in not really knowing exactly what i was looking for other than a reliable car with low payments. He made the entire process so quick and easy! He was so patient & showed me all the different cars in my price range as well as explained all their features. I will definitely be coming back & seeing Braden for any future purchases!

The service center at Rairdon’s is excellent. Most recently I worked with Helen and she was superb! She is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything that was happening with my vehicle. I’ve had minor service completed at other local dealerships but Rairdon’s is by far the best. Highly recommend.

Super polite, kind, efficient - very positive experience! Easy to use coffee machine in the waiting room, plenty of plugs, and free wifi. I had mentioned in the appointment notes I had a deadline, and they made sure to note it back to me… plus they finished an hour earlier than estimated. Highly recommended!

Rairdon's service center, with Juan at the helm, provided an effortlessly smooth experience. What stood out was that Juan proactively performed every possible service, including car washing, without requiring specific requests. I truly appreciated the comprehensive attention to detail and strongly recommend their service.

I’m sure we weren’t the usual customer since we don’t live close and had two cars to trade in and only one driver. Erick did a great job of finding the car we wanted videoing it and Josh made sure we got the best possible deal- and then everyone went the extra mile to bring the car to us and pick up our two trade ins. Everything went smoothly, no high pressure sales, no pushing extra warrantees, kept in the loop every step of the way. Thanks guys! Love our car!!!

Riley was wonderful to work with! She clearly knows what she is doing and took care to make sure I understood what work was done on my car. The entire process took much less time than I had expected. I do miss having a table to work at in the waiting room but the coffee is nice.

We worked with Kyle and he was amazing and so responsive! We called him on Sunday afternoon and drove home with our car on Sunday evening. He understood our urgency and made the car-buying process painless and smooth.
