Huge selection and low prices. We’re talking Costco-level low prices. I was expecting a store that has specialty items to have high prices but that was not the case at all. I had driven by this store many times and didn’t realize how big it is until I went inside. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable in providing recommendations. There is a parking garage around back (enter from Northgate way) with lots of available spaces that can accommodate large vehicles.

Large selection, very well organized. Employees always ready to help with a recommendation. Free tastings on a few different items, usually different each time I am in.

Lots of staff around to help you find things, and check out quickly! Many of them are very knowledgeable and kind, which is nice with such a large selection.

This is our go-to store for beverage needs. Great location with covered parking, good selection and fair prices, also great customer service.

Wow! The selections of wines are amazing. I loved the extra security presence. It's nice to shop feeling secure. Great prices also.

Very friendly staff. Quite decent selection of non-alc alternatives, especially beer, but also de-alcoholized wine and spirits; sobriety is a trend!

Went in tonight, was looking for more Diet Coke since the front coolers were empty, Kevin (store manager???) saw me apparently with the straining face of someone looking for something, called out “what can I help you find” - showed me to the aisle, so personable and joking with me while I walked up to checkout … and most every person who has helped me there has been fantastic!

I love the friendly people that work there, always willing to go the extra mile! Impressive and unheard of these days! Excellent selection, ideas and prices! Always clean, well stocked and they sell YETI'S and cute extras! One of my favorite places to go!

I went in looking for some specific, and came out with more. I'm a big fan of cider, but most PNW cider is super dry. Pineapple cider often does the job, but I didn't know Schilling made one. I gave it a shot, and let me tell you, I will be back for more. I'm also a Trappist fan, and love my gravity 10!

Staff was incredibly helpful, and the store offers a phenomenal range of wine, beer, and liquor. It's worth a trip just to check out the selection available

Can't say how much I love shopping at total wines. The have great staff the place is immaculate and the thelection is extreme

Found the wine my husband wanted then was given a good recommendation for another liquor. It's nice to find people that are in the know and you, too, will find them here. Cheers!!

They have all the liquor and wine you want. They make recommendations to me all the time. For any kind of cocktail I want to try and re-create, I can find the liquor I need here. The beer selection is also very great. They always have staff to point you in the right direction.

Holy sheep this place is huge. The only thing I couldn’t find here was The Bitter Truth Violet Liqueur. They have everything else, including awesome brandied cherries.

Only downside were the derelict customers being a bit too overtly “forgetful” of things they brought in with them (which is a pathetically transparent contrivance to create an opportunity to steal merchandise under the pretense that they’d just real quick run back and grab what was theirs AND leave with something not theirs, too.)

Very helpful staff. Checkout staff has a great sense of humor. They all make it a pleasure to shop there. The prices don't hurt either. Wheelchair accessible.

Very helpful and friendly associates. They are all very helpful when I am looking for something specific. They always greet me as soon as I enter no matter how busy they are. It's really a great store in all the ways that are important. ☺

5 stars for customer service. We bought delicious vermouth AND we needed some boxes for our liquor collection due to our condo flooding and they let us take some boxes. Total lifesavers! Thank you!
