I was nervous renting a car, driving around someone else's vehicle in a state you don't know is pretty much anxiety central (for me) luckily my husband drove.
Getting the car was quick, and easy. And such a great deal! The car was in great condition and drove great (according to my husband).
Drop off was also quick and easy.
Wonderful costumer service! & honestly just all around a great experience! I will rent from them again.

Sixt has a high quality lineup of vehicles.
Don't ever rent daily as it's not affordable.
They require an annual $200 subscription to get the monthly prices, which are the only affordable rates. Only rent long term for the best rate.

Excellent rental experience. Easy pickup and return process, outstanding staff, very reasonably priced BMW 5 series. I definitely recommend and will certainly use again!

Honestly I'm always a bit weary of car rental places. I've rented a few this year with mixed reviews, but I will say this SIXT location is one of the best experiences I've had.

1. The pickup was seamless. I chose my car beforehand and signed my contract without being sold something extra from the location. 80% of the time I end up paying more than quoted because they tell you you have to buy something more.

2. When I picked up the car the location was super easy to find and the rep handed me the keys in less than a minute. I found my car easily and noticed it had a huge scratch above the passenger side rear rim. I mentioned it to the employee and she looked up my contract and noted it was already mentioned in there not to worry about it. Showed me where I could find this info myself.

3. I was at my hotel and needed to extend my rental one more day: again extremely easy to do this online, didn't need to contact anyone.

4. Next day I needed to return the car a bit before 6 am (opening time) arrived by 05:50 and there was already an employee there helping return cars. Super super nice and friendly (which is not easy at that hour). Explained when I should get the security deposit back. And even told us where to catch the bus to the airport.

Again, highly impressed, recommend 100%

The Reggie was absolutely amazing! It was my birthday and he upgraded our rental car on the house! Totally recommend this company, we usually rent through Enterprise. This was out first time trying them and we will repeat! Ask for The Reggie you wont be disappointed

Everything went smoothly renting with Sixt. Lee was really great about making sure I had the right vehicle with AWD for my trip to Leavenworth in December. It definitely made the trip that much better.

What a wonderful company!! Service was incredible! Mr Billie, our agent was truly a wonderful person and professional. He went over and above for us in acquiring our car and actually helping us with our luggage. Cannot thank him enough. Will continue to use SIXT going forward. Btw? Loved the uniformed staff!

Top quality vehicle rentals at the fraction of the cost to something like enterprise or even budget. They always handle my needs perfectly even taking time to partake in conversation and ask about your trip. They will actively listen when you speak and exchange with you on a very personal level.

I have to say, dealing with SIXT is a stress-free experience. This is my 2nd time renting from Sixt, Laura the Rep at Seatac Airport location made checking in a breeze and the whole staff was friendly & helpful. I will use SIXT from now on with my rentals, going forward.

Great experience overall. Mr. The Reggie was extremely helpful, professional and kind. He answered all my questions and got me out of the kiosk area in less than 10 minutes. He explained the options available to me with clarity and enabled me to make the best choices for my trip. I highly recommend SIXT.

I had a really great experience with the rental process. It was super easy and hassle-free because everything was done through the app. When I arrived, the car was already waiting for me, and it was in great condition on the inside. Although there were some scratches on the outside, the app pointed them all out, and I had the option to add any other scratches or flaws I noticed.

The directions to the rental location and the airport were provided via email and the app, which made it really easy to navigate. When I dropped off the car, there was someone there to receive the keys, even though it was earlier than their opening hours. But I also noticed there was a key box where you could drop off the keys if no one was there. Although the box recommended that you put the keys in an envelope, I couldn't find any envelopes around, so it is recommended to just drop off the keys in the box.

Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend it.

Satisfyingly, a smooth rental car transaction. The "or similar" vehicle we ended up with was possibly a (minor) step UP from what we were expecting. Both the check-out and check-in process were easy, and we haven't had any "surprise" charges appear afterwards. Would absolutely choose their services again.

Billy from the seattle airport was the most amazing, helpful and knowledgeable people we have dealt with at sixt. He truly saved us when we had no other option. We called someone at sixt and they told us we didn’t have a reservation, even though the money was taken from our account. After going back and forth we decided to rent with someone else. Thankfully we decided to talk to the person at the desk and not over the phone. He assured us our rental was in the system and they had it ready for us. He truly saved us from being out an extra 500+ dollars.

I highly recommend the Sixt Tacoma branch, especially if you're looking for exceptional service. Richard was extremely cordial and efficient, making the rental process a breeze. I was impressed with the fast service and attention to detail. I would definitely rent from them again in the future.

Rene was like a total rockstar! They totally went above and beyond to help me out with my reservation. Not only did he help with my car upgrade, but he also took the time to explain all the details of the car insurance policy. And let me tell you, they were incredibly patient with me when I couldn't make up my mind. Super friendly and helpful!

I’d never heard of Sixt before, but it was a great rental experience! “The Richard” helped me out on arrival and somehow I ended up with a Mustang which was very enjoyable to drive while I was in the area! I had no issues with any aspects of this rental and picking up my car and returning it were smooth and easy. I would rent from them again. Don’t let the crazy lighting intimidate you!

Great SIXT SeaTac Customer Service Despite Inventory Issue

When posting a service review, most people are quick to criticize the company. Seldom do they mention what a representative did to correct a problem. Two particular staff members at SIXT's SeaTac (SEA airport) location rose above ordinary expectations to resolve our issue. Our delayed arrival put me at the SeaTac SIXT counter much later than expected at 11pm. Despite the late hour, Bile Moalin, the night shift representative was cheerful and completely empathetic in helping resolve our vehicle issue. The BMX X5 we'd reserved two months prior was unavailable; the only available X5 on hand could not be rented under our 14-day prepaid reservation contract as it was due for fleet turnover within 3 days. However, there would be 18 incoming X5 units arriving throughout the following day. Despite the inconvenience of returning to SeaTac the next day to switch out the replacement vehicle for an X5, Bile (night shift) resourcefully suggested using an available minivan to accommodate our 8 large luggage pieces and family members so we could be on our way. He provided his cell number and asked me to call him the following day, prior to arriving at SeaTac SIXT, so he could coordinate with his associate, Melissa Stevens (day shift), and hold an incoming X5 unit for my retrieval. Melissa was awaiting my arrival at 2pm the next day along with a sincere apology for our inconvenience; she authorized a generous rate adjustment on my contract, covering my incurred roundtrip gas cost and bridge tolls. A short while later, Bile personally called me on my cell to make sure all had gone as coordinated. In other words, these two SIXT SeaTac associates turned what could have been an extremely negative experience into what a reasonable person would expect from a large firm that prides itself on customer satisfaction. Of course I wasn't happy driving 2 hours roundtrip to switch out vehicles, but the way in which Bile and Melissa handled this dilemma made a world of difference to me. As I initially said, most people express their dissatisfaction and "throw the company or person under the bus" without giving any credit for their efforts in correcting an issue. Bile and Melissa are excellent examples of associates taking pride in their work and doing whatever it takes to retain customer goodwill. Thank you SeaTac SIXT!!

Great customer service, quality of vehicle, and easy returns. Tyrone at check-in was professional and proficient, easily and quickly getting me checked-in on on my way to my destination. He explained everything and explemplified good customer service. Way better than self-checkout!

Quality and value of rental was excellent. Low miles, clean, and good sound condition of vehicle. Gas stations just down the street from the rental returns to fill up before returning the rental.

Return was quick and easy. Again great customer service. Some rude customers pulled in just after I but the CSR processing the return was professional in her demeanor and candor, greeted me with a smile and had me on my way quickly.

Had similar experience with SixT in UK & Europe.
Highly recommend you give them your business.
