Kip was OUTSTANDING throughout the whole process of buying my first home - the home of my dreams! He was recommended to me by a friend, and he was truly an answer to prayer. He listened to what I needed and wanted, he was always supportive, and he advocated for me. I really appreciated that he listened to what I wanted and worked to make that happen - even in the toughest housing market in years. He gave advice from his years of experience, but always ensured that I was 100% comfortable with any decisions I made.

Kip exceeded my expectations as a realtor in my first-time home buying experience. From my first time speaking with Kip I could tell he was a veteran in the industry with years of experience. He understood the landscape of the market, rates, and coached me through the pro's and con's of buying in this market.

Kip was extremely patient with me as a first-time homebuyer and especially buying in this market in which I had apprehension at times and moments of indecisiveness. There was a point in time where I was looking at homes that were more expensive than my original budget and Kip coached me through the potential lifestyle impacts of buying a more expensive home which ultimately led to me moving back down to my original budget. This meant a lot to me and earned my trust showing he was more concerned with doing what was right for me rather than boosting commissions.

Kip will become more than a realtor, he will become a friend through the process. There was one point where I lost my airpods while viewing a home. I texted Kip to see if he remembered me putting them down in the home. Kip offered to drive out to the house and look for them. This house was in Dallas and Kip lived in McKinney... not the quickest trip.

Lastly, when we found "the one", we learned that there were already 3 offers put in on the house. Kip put in the extra effort to talk to the listing agent multiple times to make sure we knew every detail of how we could win the bidding process without overpaying. Ultimately, we won the house, on the first one we went after and avoided the defeat of having to let the one we really wanted go.

I could not recommend Kip enough to anyone thinking of using him and hope to continue to do business together in the future!

Friend first, realtor second… that’s the best way to describe Kip. I wouldn’t want to go through the home buying process with anyone else by my side looking out for me. I was fully prepared for a stressful process, especially as a first time home buyer, but Kip made it as easy for me as possible and I can’t thank him enough for that.
